This hotel is a great location. Our room was clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is awesome! Something different each morning along with fresh fruit, oatmeal, grits & yogurt & nice variety of cereals. Walking distance to restaurants and right on broadwalk. Tiki bar was really nice too! Great drinks & food.

I reserved two rooms for two nights oceanfront. One of the rooms had a side view of the ocean and overlooked a dingy, dirty storage building on the boardwalk. The other was full frontal view and gorgeous. The rooms were old with rusty molding, and not adequately supplied with tissues or toilet paper and not cleaned while we were there. Quite disappointing because I had stayed at this same Hampton pre-pandemic and it was quite nice. The breakfast was good and well stocked each morning with coffee and tea available 24/7. The staff was courteous and helpful. In essence, it was a mixed bag but did not deliver the value for the dollar.

The lady who cleaned our room was fantastic. We had several children with us, and they tracked some sand in from the beach. She was very kind and cheerful, and cleaned everything up super well. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or staying in the area.

The room was not clean. I have to go to the front desk to replace tissues and toliet paper. Room was not cleaned each day.

Customer service from Hilton and expedia is horrible. I will not use either company again

For 500 dollars a night total ripoff. Had to pay for parking at the hotel as well. Pool was filthy cloudy. Rugs were nasty and the inside of the hotel was old and not a value for 500 a night. Free Breakfast was cheap food that was worse than fast food. This is a Hilton and it was more like a days inn. I will not be coming back. Just about everything due to the cost

Property was awesome! Fantastic staff! Melissa and Pamela we're outstanding. The maintenance staff, Larry was a pure joy! All the staff were excellent. Great Breakfast buffet. Great tiki bar and pool right on the boardwalk!

The whole staff at Hampton was very hospitable. The rooms were clean. The repair gentleman was quick and kind. Breakfast was wonderful. The view was awesome. Of course the pool was enjoyable. We just overall loved our stay thank you. We’ll see you again soon.

The stay was great. I read reviews and was a little skeptical but it was great! They gave us an hour extra to check out. Great location. Just far enough away from the rides. We will absolutely stay here again. Room views and balcony was perfect. Highly recommend !! Thank you !! If I could give recommendations it would be to update the pool but it was fine.

We specifically requested housekeeping, were told we were on the list, and waited all day—only for no one to come. We needed the bathroom cleaned and fresh linens, but neither was provided. The hotel later acknowledged the miscommunication, but the issue was never resolved. We understand the every-other-day housekeeping policy. Our issue is that we specifically requested service and were told it was coming. For the price we paid, we expected better follow-through.
