When we first checked in, we had to be moved someone had left stool in the toilet. staff was great . Linen did not have a pleasant smell. Mattresses are awful not enough lighting.

My suggestion, replacing the carpets throughout the whole hotel (especially the rooms) and updating the furniture would make a huge difference and then the price would be worth it. maybe replace the rusted items as well.

Room not ready at check in time

Great location with a wonderful beach view, and the direct beach access from the hotel makes it very convenient. However, it was disappointing that the hotel failed to honor the check-in time, delayed us without a clear explanation, and charges extra for parking. Additionally, the pool is smaller than expected, and the breakfast is just okay.

Hotel was very nice and a great location to the Boardwalk. We loved the outdoor Tiki bar and the bartenders were amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff was very professional and supportive. My stay was amazing and I will be coming back and recommending this location to all of my friends.

When you book there’s a difference between oceanfront and ocean view. The pool was very dirty when we checked in, but was cleaner a couple days later. They have Eco lights in the rooms now and the bathroom light kept shutting off when I was in the shower. Our room smelled like a dirty vacuum cleaner bag. The beds were terrible as well as the pillows we were on the fifth floor and the balcony door did not lock. The room was very big, but the furniture was very sparse. Nowhere to put your clothes meaning no bureaus or anything.

It was very e is dive for the small dated room and bathroom.

The ocean view was the only nice thing about this hotel. The room was dirty and had a roach. I requested pest control but instead a housekeeper came up with a broom and dust pan and squashed it against the ceiling. The staff seemed overall bothered by any request. Wasn't impressed at all with this Hilton hotel or Carolina beach.

This hotel is a great location. Our room was clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is awesome! Something different each morning along with fresh fruit, oatmeal, grits & yogurt & nice variety of cereals. Walking distance to restaurants and right on broadwalk. Tiki bar was really nice too! Great drinks & food.

There were some places that were a little dirty and needed some extra deep cleaning, but overall it was a very clean hotel!
