Need some updating, bed uncomfortable, need better pillows and linen. Great Location for price!

Location and staff. Beds are definitely outdated but for the price you pay it’s fair. Bring a mattress topper if you can’t handle the vintage vibes lol.

The bed was a bit too firm. The stairs are steep and hard to climb. Parking is very limited at the hotel and in the area around it.

Walking distance to the ocean. The big sand dune between the rooms and the ocean preventing us to see the ocean.

The location and the rooms were amazing. The pool was also really nice. The staff made sure to check our trash and towels daily. The beds were uncomfortable to me, but Im used to a very firm bed. There also isn't much parking for the size of the hotel but those are my only complaint.

Close to the beach and boardwalk. Owners very nice. Beds and pillows needed updated, not very comfortable. No cups or cream and sugar for coffee. No ice available. Shower head was terrible, just a very light wide spray.

The location is fantastic! Ocean view and short walk to the Sandy beach. The room was clean but needs a refresh. The room’s condition was what was expected for a beach hotel room.

The location was great…right on the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk! There was a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The pool was nice and clean. The beds were not comfortable at all and the pillows were just old and flat. Room was not very clean and there were barely any dishes and utensils so bring your own if you want to prepare food in the unit. There was no ice on the premises and no ice trays in the freezer. Daily maid service consisted of only replacing the used towels. There were two windows in our room but the curtains did not completely cover them so light was shining in around them at night…not good for sleeping. This listing said it had a pool view but it was a view of the street and parking lot…staff said you had to call the hotel directly to book the good rooms. Parking was very tight. Not sure how this hotel got a 7.9 rating so I hope this review helps someone else.
