Beachfront Not clean at all. Furniture and appliances were old and falling apart. Bathroom sink was clogged. Whole place smelled like cigarettes.

location was what we were lookin for. acess to beach and a nice quiet location of the beach. (of course it was first wknd of the off season) but i cant imagine it being too busy any other time. extra curtains for alil more privacy would be nice. other than that for what we had evrthg else was good.

Nothing The place is run down, dirty , rusty appliances and full of Roaches! You need to remove this place from your site.

I like that it was close to the beach and it had a swimming pool. Good feel like an old fashioned mom and pop motel. Not many kitchen utensils for a kitchenette unit .

The only plus for this hotel was the proximity to the beach, steps to the beach. The room needed a good cleaning, many repairs needed. The chain lock on door was completely broken. The bed was very uncomfortable. Pool was dirty.

It’s on the ocean Older motel , no elevator, parking is tight

The location of this property is perfect, very close to the board walk and oceanfront. The rooms are very dated. The beds are small and very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat and smelled bad, I had to drive to the store to buy my own pillow. Constant odor of weed smoke.

Need some updating, bed uncomfortable, need better pillows and linen. Great Location for price!
