The rooms were dirty, there was no proper help to check in the number on the door they leave to call if you need no one answers and the voice mail box is full

How close you are to the beach! Amazing! Hardly anything honestly. But if I had to pick I’d say the parking lot is quite small.

No Breakfast. We had some issues: 1st: we got a wrong room; but they moved us to the right one. 2nd: The microwave was not working; but got another one from room 3. 3rd: The code for our room (7) kept stop working. We had that experience for two executives evening/night. The wifi is poor. The TV in the room 7 does not have lots of things like in room 3.

The location is easy to get to. The bed was big and the pillows were comfortable. We came here for the night after our wedding and the next night after our wedding reception so that we were close by and had a treat for ourselves. This hotel said there was included parking; however the lot is so small that our truck would not fit so we had to pay for parking. When we arrived, there had been issues between booking.com and the hotel's website with payment so at almost midnight after our wedding celebrations I had to call the hotel to get access to our room- we were exhausted and hot and sweaty, and that should not have happened. The shower was out of soap and the bathroom itself needed a really good detailed cleaning and recaulking. Overall, a very expensive disappointing experience for our wedding night.

Relaxing and friendly folks Need to upgrade air-conditioning.

I love the location and the pool. Love the upgrades the new owners did. Hate they took out the bigger fridges.

Unaware that same was a remote location. Not use to that

Was near beach The scenery a shared balcony of beach and you couldn’t really see the beach

Parking is the only negative thing about Savannah Inn

By ocean No one onsite tight parking horrible beds

Great spot, room 14 every time. Been going for years. Skip Sea Witch and go to Soul Flavor. Would have been nice if the pool was open.

I loved the proximity to the ocean and the boardwalk. The room didn’t appear to be clean. The sink was dirty and the bathroom ceiling was moldy. The shower curtain, towels, and washcloths had stains. The big biggest coil on the kitchen stove didn’t work.

Friendly staff, great location and affordable price It was in the middle of an owner change so there’s really no one staying at the hotel except for 1-2 cars in the parking lot. Before we arrived, we called and they said that they were so busy so early check in was impossible. Which could be great but there’s no workers other than a few construction guys. The microwave and toaster did not work. The bathroom sink was clogged and the bathroom is really old. There’s a kitchen but make sure to pack paper towel, salt and pepper and oil so you can cook.

Location I didn't like the fact that the water took a long time to get hot. There was no housekeepers available. We only had one set of towels per person. I asked to change rooms for a kitchen or kitchenette and was told that no other rooms were available, but the hotel was basically empty. There were only 3 cars and one of those were mine. I have been here several times and NEVER had poor service like this time. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. I would like to speak to the Owner of the Establishment. An apology would be good but a small compensation would be Greatly appreciated. I have ALWAYS bragged about coming here. I REALLY enjoyed it, but this time... No☹️?

It was a cute little room, nothing fancy but a cute little beach hotel. Right on the beach with an easy walk to the beach. Perfect for us!

Nothing Being put on 2nd floor while promised 1st. That is the ONLY reason i booked here. My husband is disabled and i have a BIG fear of heights. The doors had to be slammed to close them and pushed/shoved to open. With my fear and my husband being disabled, the amount of stairs was terrible. I asked the office if i could switch rooms and i was told no. Outside there was a "VACANCY" sign. We would have settled for less to get a 1st floor room. We paid for a side room and could not see the beach. They said since we booked through booking.com they were not responsible for our car.

Good location. Close to restaurants and Boardwalk. Clean towels offered daily! AC did not cool room- bought a box fan to help out. Bed was ok - mushy. Need a towel rack on wall behind the door. (#4) More hand rails on all steps.

I loved the location. You are right on the beach and in walking distance to the board walk and restaurant's. The staff was also friendly when we checked in. The room was disappointing. The handle to the door was rusted and parts of it would come off in your hand if you were not careful. The ceiling fan was caked with dust and there was hair in the shower. It looked like there was extensive water damage on in walls.

Parking lot was small, bed was too tall for short people, elderly or children, couldn’t see the ocean if on bottom floor

There were many reasons we enjoyed our stay at the Savannah Inn! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had a broom which allowed us to clean up sand throughout the day. Also the location of the inn was close to food, shopping and the best part...the inn is right next to the beach! We could get on the beach to see the sunrise, go back to the inn for drinks or snacks and could even see the ocean from our balcony.
