I have just been checked out of Hospital for A Minor surgery . They were able to get me into a Unit right away before 3pm . Shows me They Really Care about there Customers !

Property had bed bugs stained sheets

Didn’t know was pet friendly and took a toddler and it smelled like dog piss was gross

Clean room was very pleased with cable and air conditioning

Things are quite worn. Window curtain torn, shower curtain starting to tear, shower valve unable to get temperature right.

Room smelled like urine. Had to switch rooms. TV’s didn’t work. Staff did the best they could. Indicated that the owner was absent and did not care. They indicated that many other guests had same experience. This property should be removed from Expedia.

Arrived at property, Lobby smelled and felt humid. I got my room key, went to my room where opening the door I got hit with a strong odor of wet dog and heavy smell of human feces. Went to Employee on shift then said they’re low on help around. He then proceeded to hand me cleaning supplies to clean the room. ( Mind you it’s their job to make sure room is clean and ready for next customer to use) I then proceeded to clean which only 45% of the smell went away, had the AC on window open 3 hours later 75% of the smell left. They stated they were fully booked and had zero rooms left. ( Only to find out they had 1-2 Rooms available for two beds ONLINE ONLY ) which they could’ve said they could move us or something but then said no rooms were available which they’re lacking customer service. Overall it was near some casinos and eating spots. You pay what you get. Also Bed Bugs where found in the middle of the night

Clean room...I like that they have no dirty carpeting, it's all vinyl. Slept well...quiet

First they do not respond to your request then they said you have to inform earlier…wow Their services, their way of talking with customer, they are totally unprofessional

This is an old run down hotel.

If you are looking for a simple place to flop for the night then this place may work for you. I have travelled all over the country and have stayed in some 2-3 star places but not like this one. It would take to much space to list all the things that were very poor about this property. Chris the front desk clerk was the best part of the stay. He acknowledged our need to move to the first level and he accommodated that beautifully. I can honestly say that the parking lot appeared to have not been swept or even washed down in years. Toilet seats were loose. Bathroom fixtures were loose. Overall the beds were comfortable and the towels were clean. The showers did appear to have been remodeled in the past but there were no places to put your toiletries and there were no safety bars for getting in and out. It just appeared that the owner was waiting for the place to collapse and call it a loss. It is unfortunate that the Roadway Inn brand has to be represented in this way.

It reeked of cigarette smoke. I was hoping since it was a nonsmoking room / area, that the room would be free of the smell. But once we entered our room, all we could smell was the smoke. The furniture was also bad and the chair even smelled of pee.

The staff was nice. The room was not clean. The floor was so dirty I had to mop it 15 times before I had a clean water bucket. Sticky stuff all over the floor and the night stand and full of ants. I could not sleep well in this room because of ants crawling all over me in the bed.

On Sunday when I check out, I mentioned the problems to the front office when I turned in my keys. He said "sorry" and that was it. There was no sincerity behind the sorry, and no attempt to make it right. Another fact. The pool was half way covered by a broken tarp. We were told it had developed a large crack some time ago and would not be open for a long time, yet the online description highlighted this feature. This is one of the main reasons we booked here. So I will not recommend this place at all!! It's a dangerous and filthy hotel.
