I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed here for three nights and was extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival, I found hair in multiple areas of the room, including the bathroom, and the toilet seat was not properly cleaned. The fabric on the chairs was heavily stained and soiled, making the room feel unclean from the moment I walked in. The condition of the room caused me to question the cleanliness of the bedding as well. Thankfully, I brought my own sheets, but I still requested clean linens during my stay. What made the experience even more frustrating was that management never reached out to address my concerns after they were reported. My family occupied two separate rooms at this property, and both rooms had similar cleanliness issues. Based on that experience, this did not feel like an isolated oversight but rather a consistent pattern throughout the hotel. The parking lot was filled nightly with big trucks, and the property appeared to cater heavily to truckers passing through. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms gave me the impression that guest comfort and cleanliness are not priorities here. If cleanliness matters to you, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

nd room #s on it. I waited about 20 mins to be greeted by Amber who moved my room last minute upstairs. I go to my room drop my belongings and leave come back and the attic door was ajar and I saw a bug on the floor and then on the bed. I went down to the front desk told the night shift lobby person and asked for another room without an attic and none were available. I left the hotel and slept in my car... as I'm in my car I reach out booking.com and ask for a refund. Today I find out the manager Prince is denying it and said the photos aren't of his hotel. My phone shows the location and time and date of photos taken so I've included that below. There were cameras in the office and around the hotel I'm sure if management rolled the tape they'd see me waiting, and then me coming in with the bedding that was stained, and then later coming in to complain that I couldn't sleep due to the bugs and attic being ajar and crying in the lobby because I had to sleep in my car with no other options. For $130 a night I was shocked- it should be $50 for what you're actually getting. There's a reason you don't see any response to any of these reviews from management, unlike any other business- they literally don't care, it's a money trap for those passing through. Make sure you read the reviews before you book I definitely learned from my mistake. nd room #s on it. I waited about 20 mins to be greeted by Amber who moved my room last minute upstairs. Inexpensive and convenient

Clean enough room, fairly quiet. The so-called called breakfast consisted of packaged granola bars and Bel Vita crackers. We did not feel the price was worth it, considering the poor breakfast provided.

Room was dirty

The lodging was what you'd expect from a Days inn. Clean and comfortable. However, the check-in clerk was not helpful and when asked questions about Carson City his response was "I'm from Reno". Not any help.
