The hotel itself is pretty rundown. I come up to the area weekly for work, so I’m looking for something basic at a good rate. The AC stopped working the first day - Dwayne, the maintenance guy, thankfully troubleshooted it and got it working a few hours later. But when I asked to switch rooms, I was told there were no other rooms. But, funny enough, there were rooms open on Hotels.com. I get it - you get what you pay for- but I at least expect a clean room with a working AC.

The room was dirty, the walls had lots of different patches of color, bathroom towel rack is dented, headboard is all crooked, chairs were made of cloth and very dirty. Overall, room is outdated and we won't be returning.

I asked for non smoking rooms and my room was saturated with smoke! They didn’t switch me to a real non smoking room as I requested! I will never book there again!!! The furniture was scratched up, old and the ironing board was DIRTY!THIMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!!

They should invest in getting a full hot breakfast rather then just the grab and go.

The shower was leaking during my whole stay, it wasn't a loud leak as to annoy me however I didn't reported it because I wanted to rest and didn't want maintenance to spend hours in the room trying to fix it. That was one of the negatives I have to say.

Bed looked dirty. The shower made a lot of noise and room smelled pretty bad. Upset that I paid 200 for this room.

We arrived and waited forb15 minutes for the clerk to arrive and check us in. She said she was helping a guest. The refrigerator had mold all over the back of the inside and it was turned off (warm inside). Paint was chipping on all the walls and the grouting or lack of grouting in the bathroom was laughable. I really should have taken pictures. We paid more so we would not have to stay in Motel 6, but the Motel 6 looked about 20 years newer.

The location The staff were friendly. The WiFi hardly worked. I had to switch rooms because the lock stopped working and staff gave a good effort to fix the lock and were unable to do so.
