It was smelling nasty. The corridor was awful smelling. The room didn't have hot water. Had to call the front desk. It took 2 hours to get the hot water running in the room. The receptionist , she was the worst. The front desk was empty every time I visited the lobby. She was out in the parking. Snooki g cigarettes.

We are traveling a lot and staying so many hotels. The receptionist of this hotel is a a rudest and worst service I’ve ever met.

The air conditioner made a loud buzzing noise that kept me awake for over an hour. To make matters worse, the bed frame collapsed on one side. My wife injured her shoulder, and I ended up with a cut on my hand. We chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, so this experience was disappointing. We made the front desk aware of all of these issues before checking out, and I sincerely hope they address them. As an independently owned hotel competing with major chains, it's unfortunate that a few fixable maintenance and housekeeping issues could negatively impact what could otherwise be a goof place to stay.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable also. Requested a bedding change from front desk, after 2nd night, and was given the sheets to change ourselves. Housekeeping was great and helpful. Nice room and safe area, we would stay here again when in the area.

Mold in shower desk lady didn’t seam to care but was she able to help me clean it.
