Room size is good No cleaning service. I called front desk 3 times to provide room cleaning and only they changed towels but no bathroom cleaning and no room cleaning.

Chantae at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL…VERY professional and accommodating. She went above and beyond The bathroom in our room was a little rough around the edges…many floor tiles broken and the shower was dirty in the corners

I called regarding an incorrect billing issue and the person answering the front desk phone told me she had someone in front of her and hung up on me. I called back thinking I was hung up on by mistake and was hung up on again….. on purpose! HORRIBLE front desk customer service!!

I love that Holiday Inn has great black out shades in your rooms. The breakfast buffet was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty and went I checked the staff told me it was not towels clean the pool was dirty too and next day on the morning nobody attended to the breakfast, so my opinion is really bad service on this place. Sorry if you have any more comments, you can call me please. Thank you.

clean comfy room with decent breakfast buffet available, big bathroom, overall a good stay.

This may be a coincidence or it may be normal, I’m not sure…but the staff were quick to try to make corrections and were kind about it!

Some basic things were not working in our room, like vanity lights won't turn on and you cannot switch off all the lights in bedroom.

Staff at the counter was useless.

Mold in our bathroom, pool was very small and had not been cleaned in a very long time, floor was very slimy. Towels were never in the pool area. Maid service was not done on my room and I had to beg towels to be brought up to my room, only got two towels when I was registered for 4 people, only got those two towels after I brought my dirty towels down to the front desk. Terrible service and room considering I paid the maximum rate. Very unhappy and do not recommend.

The entire hotel smelled clean and fresh. The staff was also very friendly as well.

Staff and Parking was sketchy at night in the back. A female by herself like me not feeling safe.

Great breakfast The room we were in had no dark curtain or blind on window. I talked to worker and they were completely booked and could not move us. I was told I could talk to the manager in the morning. I asked for a blanket to put over the window. We had a small cooler and bottle of distilled water we used to hold it in place. The blanket was gross and stained. Talked to manager in morning. There was nothing they could do since I booked through Booking.com. Gave me name of a higher up manager to contact.

A comfortable bed. Always a must. Friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. No nearby stores. Shop first. Great breakfast

Everything was very well maintained. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
