Great place to stay in sunny Carson City.

We used the pool and saw others using the fitness and business centers. There is always coffee available and several people enjoyed that, but we are not coffee drinkers. This location has easy access to freeways, restaurants and shopping.

We have enjoyed this particular hotel many times over the years. It has never failed to deliver a quality experience.

The staff was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean. Ice machine worked and breakfast was good too. These were the good things. But the carpet needs to be replaced in the hallway.

Breakfast was good and the front desk staff (an older gal from Visalia and a gentleman the next day) were extremely gracious, engaging and attentive to our needs! They had us covered on everything, however small. Well done! Not much to say here....pillos were uncomfy, even when doubled up. Had trouble sleeping in the bed.

Great hotel in Carson City. Welcoming staff, clean rooms and easy to get to. The breakfast was actually great considering it was included! Highly recommend this spot

We LOVE Lisa. She always makes sure we are so well taken care of when we stay here. The breakfast is also wonderful and that combined with the heated indoor pool are why my family loves this location more than staying at one of the hotels attached to a casino.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spotless and had good amenities like microwave and fridge. The bed was very hard, to the point where I woke up extremely sore on the side I slept on. The breakfast was very generic, bland, and low quality.

This hotel would not respond to booking's request for date change, ever. I was caught in the middle and treated like a ping pong ball as to who was going to resolve this very simple request to change the date of the reservation, which was requested within (2) hours after realizing the mistake. The request was made before 3 p.m. that same day and the hotel manager never bothered to make an effort to assist with this very simple request. I would never book this hotel in the future or use booking, as they are not respected by the hotels and prefer not to be bothered with a 3rd party involved.
