We loved this property, and look forward to staying at different Home2Suites properties in the future.

This hotel was a great stop for our family! The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast!

Very clean property. Rooms are very spacious . The only area they need attention is breakfast. Juice machine wasn’t working, no half n half. Scrambled eggs would’ve been better . Overall good experience.

There was an error on the booking for my 81 year old mother. They said they called, but our phones showed no call. The said she was supposed to be out by 11:00am which she did not know. They went into her room and packed up her belongings and kicked her out!!!!! She was very upset and did not know what to do. I live in Minnesota and she was in Carson City, Nevada, on a trip to visit family and see her Great Great Granddaughter graduate from high school. The trip was great until this. The staff was extremely rude to her and the family driving her!! There is no excuse to treat elderly people this was, and they certainly had no right to touch her stuff. She had already spent over $1500.00 there,so adding one night should not have been a problem. Will never stay at this location again,and neither should you!!

The room and staff were the best. Two issues were controlling the temperature in the room. I think one bed is too close to the register. The second was the morning buffet was soap. No one was cleaning up, the juice dispenser was broke for at least three days otherwise it was a normal buffet.

Breakfast is decent, though other Home2Suites I’ve stayed at offer more choices and fresher pastries. I’d love to see this location step it up and give the other hotels a run for their money. The fitness room had some great options: elliptical, treadmill, spin bike, hand weights, that all‑in‑one machine that looks like it could double as a Transformer, plus mats and foam rollers. There’s even a laundry room right off the gym, which will be great when I finally have the extra time to spend a weekend before or after my client visits. I didn’t check out the pool, but the dining room and patio offer a gorgeous view of the mountains. I've been there during cooler weather and between the view and the cute downtown, I find myself researching housing costs.

My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern.

Nice when you walk in Few issues front desk didn’t tell us were the elevator was didn’t explain any thing . We had to ask ? Then our room was not cleaned we opened the door and towels were on the floor bed was not made. I had a king bed they changed my room and i ended up with a double beds not what i wanted

Room is clean. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Didn’t use a gym or pool but it looked good.

Friendly staff at a quick check in to a recently appointed spacious room, with kitchen and wonderful bathroom/shower. The breakfast options were fantastic and the indoor pool was refreshing. Will come back to this property

New build property that is super clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Pool is indoors and gym well appointed with good equipment. Rooms are spacious and amazing amenities. Excellent, excellent place to stay!

Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room.

Hotel was new and not run down. We stayed 3 nights and towels were changed once, bed was never made or linens changed during our stay. Biggest problem was lukewarm showers for all 3 days - this was the same for our room and the rooms of 3 other guests we knew staying in the hotel too

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious and changed daily, and the pool was super fun for the kids!
