So basically, our stay was very good. Only 2 issues we had are, no bath tab, timing for breakfast (from 7:30am at weekend is late).

The staff were super friendly and the room was very clean. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in Carson city Nevada. Breakfast could be a little better.

We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain was over a foot long and was very visible and upsetting. I’d throw that out of my own house if I could not remove it. The manager did provide something to make up for the terrible experience. I don’t think this is typical but the stain was just too much!!!

Love the rooms that are perfect for an extended stay, but I just stayed for one night. Also love the outdoor area. There are bbq’s on site and nice areas to sit and hang out. Also love the location as it is close to eateries and shopping. Nothing that I did not like.

The room was well laid out. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Hotel was near shopping and had east access to mthe freeway without the noise from it. Real family orientated hotel. All good!

Great location Check-in was ok but not give all hotel amenities. Had an issue with half of our room not having electricity and called down to the desk to find out why and was treated like we should have known what to do (it was our first time at this property).

Granddaughter loved the pool. I loved kitchenette for simple meal prep. Hotel food service was odd. One day they offered potato salad and mashed potatoes as the evening appetizer

Breakfast was so so, room was clean, nice property, they take care of it unlike many other places. I would recommend it, much better than most.
