Pool water was cold for being outdoors! There were ants on walls walking to room and elevator. Need firmer pillows.

This will be my go to hotel of choice in the area. Brand new, very clean, rooms are well maintained, stocked and spacious. The courtyard area is great and the kids had fun playing with some of the games outside. It has a fire pit too! The free breakfast provides a lot of options from eggs, potatoes to yogurt and bagels. All around a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be back.

I like the kitchen and having ice avaiable in the room. I liked the front desk personell especially Megan who checked us in and Christine who checked us out and told me about the rewards program. Both very professional. The bed super comfy and the pillows amazing. The hot tub was great and the outside patio area fun. You can even BBQ if you want to. The pictures showed a bath tub, ours only had a shower. Breakfast was a fiasco. The kitchen staff was super late to serve and she seemed very angry and upset. She definetly had an attitude. The other server who delivered condiments to the tables was very pleasant and says "Good Morning and Happy Monday". She was nice; sorry so upset with the first person did not get names. People were leaving the breakfast area due to the late arrival of food. Probably flights to catch or work.

I have never met hotel staff more friendly or accommodating. We lost our house due to a fire, and we were greeted with such kindness that if we EVER have to stay at a hotel in town again - this is the place we'll be going to.

During my two-night stay, the towels were never changed, only one roll of toilet paper was provided, and the trash accumulated because housekeeping never came.

This House is amazing. Service was excellent, the pool area is clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Hot breakfast was not available due to a broken oven but there was plenty of other continental item. Nice pool and hot tub. Would recommend
