Rooms were clean. The first room I was put in, the air conditioner wasn't working but I was put in another room right away. I would like to say that the staff was incredible but especially Jacqueline. She went out of her way to make sure me and my family had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value and a nice hotel. Good bed, clean room, big TV, quiet AC. Nothing to complain about. The breakfast was so-so but free, so can't complain too much

For the price, this place was pretty amazing. I had stayed at this same property when it was a different chain and the improvement is substantial. Nice room with a good bed and big TV. Quiet A/C. I would definitely stay here again .

This was my third stay at the property. There were no issues the first two times. There is no elevator on site. I had stayed on the 2nd floor for the first two stays and requested 1st floor this time. They were accommodating but the room was near the lobby and too noisy. The second day I moved to an upstairs room. I was awake at 10:00 pm and staff attempted to open the door without knocking. The bolt was on. I'm assuming it was a misunderstanding with my room change. About an hour later a child was screaming in the hallway. I called the desk to report it. It went quiet but it happened again twice. I reported it the next day. My third and final night was quiet.
