There is no elevator in the hotel!! Be prepared to carry your luggage to upper floors by yourself. There are dead bugs (not bed bugs) lying around on the bed and the night stand and had to change rooms.

The hotel was pretty clean and worked well for the price point. The pool could use a little better maintenance.

ubication Despite having a confirmation number and receipt of the stay paid to use it arriving at the hotel they reported not having any reservation for me, the app through the i made my reservation i called them to fix the matter but they didn't answer so i has to go somewhere else

Very professional and friendly staff and the rooms were good. Everything was great for budget-friendly Hotel and I will definitely say that again

It was clean The staff wasn’t reliable in their answers to my question. I called on Wed mid day to see if we could check out early on Wednesday night. I was told by a woman at the desk that there would been no way that I could get a refund on the Thursday and Friday evenings. I checked out Thursday afternoon at 12:30 for my flight that afternoon and said I would be leaving early when I said that I was told that I would not be getting a refund which I already expected. I was told that I would not be getting it because I was leaving too late in the day, I said wait a minute I was told there wasn’t any refunds at all and she said well you wouldn’t be getting it because it was too late for that day and that I wouldn’t be getting it for Friday because it would need to be within 24 hours. I said wait yesterday I was told there wasn’t any at all and she said that’s right because it’s too late and I said hate you told me there were no refunds. Are you telling me now that if I had come in earlier this morning I would’ve been OK to get a refund on Friday and she said yes, but not now because you’re too late. I said well wait a minute I’m sorry but you basically lied to me and so I ended up staying late because my flight doesn’t leave till later this afternoon. She said well you’ll have to take that up with headquarters seems to me that they just lied so if you’re planning on leaving early, make sure that you go early in the day and get several different answers.

Close to highway, but not too close. Several places to eat nearby.

Clean Breakfast was not satisfactory. Missing fruit, yogurt , and other items.

Breakfast was good. No elevator to upper floor. Exterior door lock did not respond to key card. Shower curtain rod was coming off the wall. Pair of closet door were too large and wouldn’t properly close. Fire sprinkler heads were not properly set against the ceiling (may not properly function during a fire). Air-conditioning unit was turned off when we entered the room. It took a couple of hours to cool the room so we could sleep.

Ac was not working in the Room when I mentioned it they didn't even apologize or seem concerned.
