Do not trust the hotel staff to help in any way

The remodel of the room we had was great, furniture was missing though, new cabinets outfitted for an ironing board and iron, but they were absent. There was a gap at the bottom of the entry door bic enough to fly a 747 thru. Bats, scorpions or mice could share our room with the gap. My wife put a pair of her pants against the door to keep critters out. The hot tub controls were NOT up to code, when I got out to reset the timer I got shocked. The pool was fithy. I went to get ice about 1330, and the machine was inop. The gal at the desk was unaware, and the attitude was to send me to walmart if I wanted Ice. I went back down after shift change, and there was no passdown from the previous shift. The new gal went to dennys, and got us a modicum of ice for a cocktail, 105 outside, and a hot drink did not sound good. There were no pool towels, but there were "return your pool towels here" bins. We did not stay for the second, paid for night. Asking at the front desk was ignored. Wont be back in this lifetime.

Very clean room. Everything was organized. Fresh towels in the Morning and Breakfast was splendid.

Overall a decent place to stay for maybe one night. Facility dated, loud AC, doors have large gaps areound them where heat and insects come through. I dont know what their room service should have included, but it was not changing the bed sheets for a whole week.

They were renovations going on while we were there that was not told to us beforehand. It was awkward to have a worker sitting in his truck parked outside our room at night.

The property was run down. My bathroom door would not close all the way. The breakfast was horrible with stale food. The room, the food.

Peaceful and quiet Kinda of ghetto. Parking lot a mess

The beds, bathroom and the fact that the hotel is trying to improve their property. The traffic around the hotel

The staff is wonderful. The bed was above excellent. The check in and check out was fast and easy. Location was perfect. Needs some updating. The furniture needed to be dusted.

Nothing Was very filthy bathrooms had mold ...people drinking and making food had a fire going in entrance the stayed up all night ...

There was No breakfast. I liked the grassy area in the middle. Very expensive for an old hotel.

Listening with kind and love. They Going out their way to make you happy. They are renovating the hotel. becoming a beautiful fresh look.

I also liked the king Bed , very big , lots of pillows , and just comfy all around . A few pieces of furniture in the room , were worn, had paint on it , and arm rests were black from use . Access to hotel is limited from construction on 2 sides .
