comfort and clean, big freezer, clime a/c very cool it was wonderful Only the water tap of the shower was damaged but we were still able to use it

The staff is always friendly and professional. We always stay here when we're in town.

Hotel and rooms were clean. We arrived at 8 pm and upon walking into the lobby there was a sign on the desk that stated “I have stepped away from the desk, I have the phone. Wait 5 minutes then call.” I did and this person on the phone was confused as to why I was calling. When I explained, I was here to check in she was standing outside and I passed her on the way in. In my opinion she should have said hello and welcome if she was an employee. She was not in a uniform or name tag to suggests she was an employee. When she did come in from outside after I did wait the 5 minutes she was very nice and did check us in.

Room had not been cleaned well at all

Parking was a little hard. Not a lot of spaces due to painting of the building. Staff very friendly and really helpful

Pull out couch very uncomfortable. The place needs upgrading badly. There are holes in the carpeting on the stairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was good.

We did not use the pool or kitchen. Would have loved a simple breakfast

No hand soap in the room, no hand weights in the weight room, no restroom facilities in the hotel except in the rooms inconvenient if one is in the coffe room or weight room or pool area, although rooms were very clean

The staff is great

There is no "pay at check in". They charged my card in the morning. I then paid full fee for 2 nights and then that night they charged me again. I had 3 transactions for the same stay in one day. NO BREAKFAST!!!! Will not stay here again.

Room was clean but hot water would be nice two day and no hot water that was no fun

I recently stayed at this hotel and initially had some issues with the linens, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way management handled the situation completely changed my impression. Upon checkout, the manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to make things right — she personally offered us $30 cash for breakfast and even allowed us to choose several snacks for our road trip as a thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters most. Because of Wendy’s excellent service and willingness to ensure we left on a positive note, I’m happy to revise my review and say I would stay here again. Thank you, Wendy, for turning our experience around!

The staff was very friendly and nice, both checking in and out. The room was clean, but sadly the entire facility is in need of remodeling. From the carpets, floors, furniture, tub, everything is very worn out. Although it was clean, everything looked in poor condition.

Did not get a chance to attend breakfast but I've stay with main stay a while back and it's always been somewhere where I can somewhat feel like somewhat homie to me. Its better I've stay awhile back I believe there was no breakfast at that time nor was there a fitness center so that awesome
