Clean nice staff location Had too tell them every night there is 4 people we need 4 towls wash clothes we got 3 the 1st 2 night 4 towls 1 washcloths the 3rd night

I booked my stay through expedia and paid and now see the hotel also charged me. I had to use a machine to check in and out even though there was someone at the desk. This move to impersonal service is a bad idea. I know there was a real person on the screen this time but I expect soon it will be ai and we won’t have contact with a human. If that happens will the costs go down?

I would easily stay again!

My elderly mother stayed there. She had a couple of accidents in the bathroom. They said she ruined the room and wouldn’t give her money back when she left early. Her caregiver took pictures of her room. It was pristine so they lied to keep her money.

Location The Kiosk, the lack of breakfast choices, the bed was way too high to comfortably get into.

The customer service on the kiosk the hotel doesn't have cold water didn't want to help out checked out at early and they still charge me for three nights not good at all!

The remodeled bathroom very safety conscious with all the bars in the shower surround and the anti-slip surface in the tub. We stayed in multiple hotels during our recent vacation and none were as nice nor did I feel as safe as a 70 y/o.
