Tv did not work at all. No phone in room to contact front desk. Front desk closed at 8. After hrs number is given but no one answers. Plus the room had roaches. I was better off sleeping in my car. Horrible

Easy access,clean,staff mostly friendly the rooms is clean comfortable. The door lockung system needs updated,,Staff isn't available 24/7 so its a hassle to get in your room when your key doesnt work ,,Be prepared

Very good quality miniature travel products, loved the kitchen, beautiful bathroom. TV was disappointing, would have liked a more modern setup and more options.

Location is convenient. Room was clean and comfortable, though small. Fridge and microwave worked well. No one there to check us in thought we were right on time. Storm outside and I had to wait 30 minutes for a security person to show up. He was very nice. A warning or a working g drop box for key would have been helpful.

The location was great, very convenient, and the bed was comfortable. During our stay BOTH of the pools they have were closed. Which was very disappointing as it was a major reason we chose it. When we walked into our room there were dusty shoe prints all over the floor and a couple dead bugs, which made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The TV was old with very low resolution and only cable channels which isn't a horrible thing, just outdated.

It's in a great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The floor felt like it hadn't been cleaned when I was in my bare feet.

We loved the little kitchenette!! We were only there 2 nights but we will remember for next time. The 2 ladies at the front desk that checked us in were GREAT!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!! We will return!!
