Comfort Inn & Suites Cedar City

Insects in the bathroom, small ant type insects all over your body. TV was not functional it said " No Signal". Staff did not resolve problem. Bathroom lighting too bright at night, room too dark at night without it. Very poor sleep situation.

Rooms were clean. The staff was great, especially Mia at the front desk. Breakfast was good mostly carb rich, but they also had hot eggs and sausage. The property looked good only a few pieces of trash here and there. The exercise toom was adequate. Didn't use the pool or hot tub. My mom said the hot tub was amazing.

Comfortable room

The carpet seemed like it needed to be vacuumed. The windows had a Crack than ran from corner to corner. Tiles on the tub surround were broken so you could see to the underside of the tub. It seemed like they did there best with what they had but the hotel could use an update.

We stayed for 3 days. On the first day the toilet overflowed on the first time we used it. When speaking to the front desk attendant he repetitively yelled at me and refused to help clean it up. When asking for some sort of disinfectant, due to bacteria and there being children in tbe room, he told me to use towels and stated it would be fine. Toilet paper and poop were literally coming out of the toilet and he wouldn't even give us a mop. He kept blaming past customers for his lack of want/need to help. When speaking to other desk clerks for unrelated issues, they were extremely rude. The staff made it unbearable and the toilet made me feel uneasy and disgusted the whole time.

Bed a bit old. Interesting smell but clean and good breakfast.

Had wheelchair accessible room. shower corner leaked onto floor. Room has no place to hang clothes. Room clean, breakfast good. Front desk not always on duty, looked rather stressed.

Breakfast wasn’t very good at all. McDonald’s would have been better. I won’t stay at any Comfort Inn and Suites again.

Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage and waffles. Bedroom was 3 queens with a separate room for adults so we found that to be competitive with Springhill Suites for families. Stairs and floors were dirty, tv in our room was funky to operate. Can’t complain for the price and amenities.

Room was comfortable and clean. Property run down. Breakfast horrible.

My room was clean and the hotel staff were friendly I also enjoyed the fact they served breakfast

Pet friendly.

Clean rooms. Except for the first clerk we spoke to at check in who was a tad cranky, all others were helpful. Breakfast is good, parking was free and close to hotel. Coffee always available. 😊

Price No room for trailer, parking area is bad

There were roaches all over our room, dead and alive. There was hair all over the floor. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. The only ice machine was broken. There were human feces outside the check-in office. Please, stay anywhere else!

The staff was nice, professional and pleasing. Our hotel room was not well maintained, as it had sloppy drywall patchwork, grouting in the bathroom was missing and/or sloppy over the counters / tilework and overall was basically not very clean in appearance. I believe the staff does what they can to try to keep the hotel clean, but the owners really need to overhaul the hotel with contractor work: spots in the carpets, marks on the walls, unsealed window edges, dirty ceilings & vents, sloppy patchwork on the closet & bathroom doors where it appears there had previously been holes in the doors! We were very surprised and thought Comfort Inn represented a better product than what we experienced last week. We would not select this hotel in the future.
