Asked for my room to be cleaned after 3 days and it was not. Had to ask for clean towels

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast staff were so happy and friendly!! Trash out side overflowing from check in to check out. No one at the front desk 90% of the time. TV comes on at volume of 98. AC is so noisy. New paint on closet and bathroom doors makes the stick shut. Drapes are falling off the hooks. Shower curtains are too short to stay in the tub. Maintenance is lacking.

Nothing, pool is disgusting. Only saw 1 staff member we were on 3 floor super loud dogs barking Ned’s were super uncomfortable if I could ask for my money back I would but we had no choice at 8pm at night also huge gap between floor and door had to stuff a towel down there.

Large, spacious room. In the adjoining room, the TV was very loud (evening and morning). Since I indicated that I didn't know when we would check in (due to sightseeing along the way), our room was located at the far end of the hallway even though we checked in around 4:00 pm. When we asked about it the next morning, we were told that we must have checked-in very late ??

Staff were all super helpful. You must do something about the TV volume. It comes on at level 100 every time you turn it on. Very annoying.

Staff Breakfast was abysmal. No white milk, no half n half. Biscuits but no gravy. Paper thin bacon. Worst breakfast in 3 weeks of travel.
