It was a quick overnight stay! Everything worked and it was quiet.

The rooms were OK. They really need to be updated. My door I had the body slammed to get in body slammed to shut it once I was in. Breakfast wasn’t the best. Very small choices. The pool was down for maintenance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very quiet.

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Accidentally left personal pillows behind on the way to destination. Staff held them for us to pick up on the way back home. Fantastic! One of the pillows was a new, expensive ergo pillow. For some reason Apple and Google GPS could not accurately locate the address. Both led us on a wild goose chase. Had to ask people where to find it, also called check in desk for directions

The staff was friendly, but it was disappointing that the pool wasn't usable. Breakfast was average.

The room was very clean and overall it was a good place to stay. Only one negative comment. While I was resting around middday a member of the staff came knocking on the door so ludly that i jumped from my bed thinking there must be a fire when i opened the door she said she was checking to make sure I had everything I needed. Really? Completely unnecessary.

The check-in staff wasn't very friendly, we found old socks from previous occupant in our room, the tissue box had only two tissues, and we found blood stains on the bedding. The breakfast was good. Check out was okay, but once again, the staff wasn't very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The pool and spa were out of order for 2 of 3 days, I am unsure why. My room was clean. Although clean, some of the linen and bedding materials were worn.

Paid thru booking. com for 2 rooms connected with a kitchenette for 3 nights for 4 adults and 4 children. when we checked in I was told that they don't have what booking .com booked for us, and couldn't give us a refund. We moved to the other end with 2 connecting reg. small rooms. There was a change of plan and had to stay another night, extended the same rooms we had been staying in and was charged $ 109 or one and $ 90 for the other efforts to get some sort of satisfaction on being charged for the kitchenette we didn't get to enjoy and couldn't fix any food in the room . We paid a higher price for rooms added to existing stay. Lessons learned. Washing machine out of order for the 4 nights we stayed there. Dirty or stained towels in the bathroom. Empty shampoo and conditioner in shower had to ask for non slip tub mat was told they didn't have any, got one 2 days later. When we booked we were looking for ADA, we are in our 70s , it said ADA compliant then we were told only on the ground floor with 8no elevator. Our two rooms for 4.nights were upstairs.

This was a nice hotel, but hasn’t been upgraded in some time. It would be nice that when searching for a hotel, that you could get a direct line to the front desk. Not being able to do so, is very inconvenient and creates problems.

Limited but acceptable. Dated facility and and poor parking.

The picture need to be updated it is a older hotel, swimming pool was cloudy, I should have read more reviews definitely not a hotel I will stay at again.
