The first room I was assigned to (201) had a non-functioning dead bolt, leaving the door susceptible to forced entry. It didn’t appear to be much of a concern to desk staff. For me, its a major flaw, one with legal precedence and one maintenance crew need to address before anyone stayed in the room.

Room was dirty. Fan in bathroom covered in dust. Trash behind the beds. Floor behind beds and around nightstand looked as if it were never vacuumed. Long hairs all over room(I have shaved head..not mine) I left with a minor illness,don't know if it was the unclean environment or something else. However the staff was nice. Would not recommend....the Hampton in cedar city beat the Marriott hands down,go there!

Wish breakfast was included but other than that it was great.

For a newer Marriott property I was not impressed. You come to expect a certain level of service with most Marriott properties however this one fell short. Linens didnt match in the bathroom, shower was dirty, air conditioner wasn’t working in the lobby area. The small restaurant was convenient and very good food and they do have a bar. So bonus there.

Great location. Quiet hotel. Very easy access from the interstate

The bathroom sink had a very slow drain, otherwise the room was very good and the beds were good. We stayed in this hotel for the hot tub which was in maintenance and not open. They gave us a complimentary breakfast because of that, then when we went to use it they didn't know anything about it. They finally hunted and found the coupon. The staff was very nice. We were just very disappointed about no hot tub since that's the only reason we picked this hotel.

I was a little disappointed! Our room was clean and spacious but the bathroom was in bad shape. The hotel staff was really nice. The location is great.

The bathroom was clean, but definitely old with a lot of buildup unfortunately the hot tub was not working. And the restaurant wasn’t exactly what I pictured. It was on the pricier side but the food was very good and the portion sizes were quite large.

This hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, but there is no parking if you are towing a trailer… I didn’t realize that when I booked, but fortunately was able to find street parking in front of the hotel

Great service and facilities.

It was a roomy sleeping room; however, due to the vicinity of the freeway noisy. The bed was comfortable, yet the ac could only be turned down to 67. We chose this hotel because of their stated availability of a hot tub. It was out of service. The front desk called the sister property 1/2 mile away and we could use theirs. Yet that was not our intent when we chose this higher priced hotel. We also were surprised that breakfast was NOT included, as it stated on the app made to order.
