The bathroom sink had a very slow drain, otherwise the room was very good and the beds were good. We stayed in this hotel for the hot tub which was in maintenance and not open. They gave us a complimentary breakfast because of that, then when we went to use it they didn't know anything about it. They finally hunted and found the coupon. The staff was very nice. We were just very disappointed about no hot tub since that's the only reason we picked this hotel.

I was a little disappointed! Our room was clean and spacious but the bathroom was in bad shape. The hotel staff was really nice. The location is great.

The bathroom was clean, but definitely old with a lot of buildup unfortunately the hot tub was not working. And the restaurant wasn’t exactly what I pictured. It was on the pricier side but the food was very good and the portion sizes were quite large.

This hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, but there is no parking if you are towing a trailer… I didn’t realize that when I booked, but fortunately was able to find street parking in front of the hotel

It was a roomy sleeping room; however, due to the vicinity of the freeway noisy. The bed was comfortable, yet the ac could only be turned down to 67. We chose this hotel because of their stated availability of a hot tub. It was out of service. The front desk called the sister property 1/2 mile away and we could use theirs. Yet that was not our intent when we chose this higher priced hotel. We also were surprised that breakfast was NOT included, as it stated on the app made to order.

another issue i had was that i stayed for a WHOLE WEEK and room service NEVER changed my sheets once. they only replaced my towels once so i was using the same towel basically the whole time. the room didn’t feel very clean (lots of dust and dirt behind the chair next to the bed as if the chair had never been moved for cleaning). not to mention my room was not provided a do not disturb sign and one afternoon i was taking a nap after a long day at work and housekeeping barged into my room (they knocked but i was asleep). i had to steal a do not disturb sign from someone else’s door to protect my privacy. ? overall the hotel was just OK, but i likely won’t stay here again. i stayed at a hilton in phoenix recently and the difference was astounding. housekeeping changed my sheets and towels everyday and were generous with complimentary products like lotion and makeup wipes. courtyard marriott at cedar city: DO BETTER!!

Stayed 3 days and no room cleaned or fresh towels.

We had to switch rooms due to a broken furnace that was going off and waking us up throughout the night. The staff was accommodating, but it was a little frustrating paying for a premium room, then having the room not be properly maintained. There was standing water in one of the sinks. When we switched rooms it was not the same premium room we paid for. The hot tub for the facility was broken. We had to get out early Saturday morning and were planning on getting breakfast in the hotel. The restaurant was closed because some called in sick. I understand that staff get sick, but proper management would have a contingency plan in place so guests can have the services they expected available during their stay.
