We got there late and the morning staff let us stay an extra hour to rest the next day

Conveniently located. Great parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a regular hotel with a regular room. The breakfast was nothing special. It's on the outskirts of town, so I had to drive to get to the festival and restaurants each time. The biggest compliment I can give it is that the housekeeping staff was excellent and very responsive.

We initially had issues with the TV, not working, but they immediately switched rooms for us to resolve the problem. The staff was very friendly and helped us plan trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon.

I booked this hotel as pets were allowed and paid in full. Upon check in I had to pay an additional fee for my pet, which I didn’t expect. The hotel was clean and updated. I did not appreciate having to pay for WiFi service either. Would not stay here again due to à la carte pricing.

Quiet room, comfortable bed. Range of breakfast options. Would stay here again.

The desk staff could have been more friendly. When I told her i was told I just needed to pick up keys, she looked at me like I was crazy.

Good breakfast.

The hotel was very noisy. You can hear people walking around above you. The breakfast was mediocre. The check-in staff were very nice. The property was clean. Too many dogs barking.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Stayed one night driving through the states on our way to California. The room was clean and comfortable. Several restaurants nearby, including the swig fountain drink restaurant, which is a must if you’re driving through Utah.

Good breakfast nice location clean lobby and rooms

One night stay. Clean room. Slight smell in hallways

The staff from check in, to breakfast, to check out were very helpful, hard - working and customer service oriented. Our room was wonderful including very comfortable beds and pillows. The pool was fun for the grandkids and the breakfast equally fun with 3 big waffle makers, plus bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereals and yogurt. We would definitely stay again.

Definitely had an odor about it. We got in really late and had hoped to sleep in but the very efficient cleaning staff was vacuuming the hallway by 8:30

We also needed to wash some clothes, and thankfully they had a washer and dryer available. There was only one set, though, so we had to wait our turn. They also didn’t have any laundry detergent available in their little convenience store. We were told they run out pretty quickly, which was a little frustrating. We ended up having to make a separate trip to the store just for detergent. Thankfully, Walmart is pretty close by, so it wasn’t a huge ordeal, just an inconvenience we weren’t expecting. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, but it did the job. Overall, the motel was clean and the room itself was good, but the visibly worn and uncomfortable mattress was a dealbreaker for us. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel & locations many times. So I was shocked when I was disappointed. It used to be a super nice hotel. There were a few things, now they allow dogs and you can definitely tell by the smell in the hallways, it was a terrible smell coming off the elevator. The next thing was the bathrooms, you can definitely tell they are trying to skimp or save money on repairs, paint over water damage and things just not up kept very well. It was honestly sad to see this once really nice hotel has gone down hill a lot. We probably will not be staying here again

The room and staff were helpful with questions I had about the area. We have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times in the last few years. When in Cedar City, it’s our go-to place. Thanks. Oh, the breakfast was fine for a hotel.
