The room was clean. The staff was great, but the room was not very well. Insulated every single time someone walked down the hall or open the door doors surrounding our room we were shook awake by shaking walls and loud noises. It’s kind of like a motor in so people are coming and going at all hours of the night so don’t stay here if you’re planning on getting a good night sleep.

The room was clean. Property was clean. Every time the neighbors would leave (which unfortunately it started at about 5:00 a.m.) the doors made a horrendous opening and closing noise/rattle. You could hear conversations in rooms next door and people walking down hallway. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Nice facility, staff is great but the elevator is in serious need of maintenance; at the third floor when starting to go down it is binding up making a terribly unsettling loud noise and you can feel the grinding metal vibration. No elevator inspection certificate posted or mentioned.

The location was convenient to many of the things we wanted to do. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided an informational sheet with suggestions on where to go for dining options. Water pressure in the shower was very nice, always important. Onsite free parking was a plus. The continental breakfast options were very nice. We had to ask for a bath mat. That is something that should be standard in every room. Additionally, there was only 1 chair in the room. It was a very small room, so I understand space may be an issue but there needs to be more than one place to sit.

Sierra at the front desk was awful. I don't think I have ever had someone in customer service be so rude. It was late at night and she would not open the door for me until someone else came and she had to open the door. It was not her fault that they did not have the room that we thought we had booked and paid extra for, but she did not handle the situation well at all.

I will definitely be back, it’s my new favorite spot to stay in Cedar City.

Weird smell, a bit outdated

We had a great stay here; the room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The only thing that left a bit to be desired was the morning breakfast. Admittedly, we were hoping for just a bit more than yogurt, juice, and a few other things.

Was advertised in Hotels.com as a 9.4 hotel. Excellent? Was not impressed with the breakfast in the morning. It was advertised as " top rated ".Did not agree with their rating. The manager said it was a new concept for HILTON. Bagel breakfast bar. No hot food or waffles available. I personally reserved this hotel on line since it was advertised as a Hilton hotel. Not even close to a Hilton property. Would not stay at this hotel again!

It was easy to find my room, which was adequately spaced. It was easy to enter the building. And it was easy to navigate around the breakfast room.

Was clean. Rooms were small. Breakfast very limited.

The location was perfect for us and the staff were very friendly. The room was very outdated. The bedside tables didn’t match. One of the beside lamps didn’t work and the lamp shades had stains on them. My brother was staying on the 3rd floor and had a really nice modern room. I couldn’t believe what we got for an almost $200/nt room, it was terrible. We only stayed 1 night. They were doing construction so I assumed we got the floor that hadn’t been remodeled yet. I had paid thru booking.com and the hotel ended up also charging me, using my card on file that they required for the stay. I called and they were very apologetic and I had my refund within a few days. So that was good. While I had them on the phone I told them my concerns about the room. They said “oh you must have been on the second floor”. Yes we were. They said it was gutted since our stay. I complained about paying the almost $200/nt. Again they apologized. I was surprised they didn’t offer a discount or anything.
