Was OK. Room was definitely not a suite . Not what I would’ve expected. Also when you have kids the main thing you want to do in a hotel is swim and the pool was open but brown so in my opinion, it was not usable!!

1) Black mold in shower 2) Soft closing toilet lids 3) Higher height toilets 4) Paint did not match on repairs 5) Breakfast extended until 10 am

The room is dated. The front part of the room is too dark. The bathroom is very dated and yellow ish. It felt kinda gross.

Breakfast bar is good and well stocked. The only negative comment I have is that there is not one bench or chair where a smoker can sit for an occasional smoke. Seems a bit unfair for us smokers.

The price these guys charge is completely not worth it. I understand the proximity to Zion and the interstate, but this location is a complete rip off for $300.00 a night.

The room was large and spacious. The shower was hot and refreshing. We truly enjoyed are stay and the staff were kind and courteous. One small suggestion. Please replace the outside screen in room 301 as it takes away from the beautiful views. Overall, a wonderful and joyful stay.

Literally everything. Everything advertised met and exceeded expectations. The bed compared to the very glamorous hotel i stayed in(where presidents have stayed)a few years ago. EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE king bed in the king suite. Nothing.
