Breakfast bar is good and well stocked. The only negative comment I have is that there is not one bench or chair where a smoker can sit for an occasional smoke. Seems a bit unfair for us smokers.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Close to the highway and close to places to eat after a long day of travel. The price these guys charge is completely not worth it. I understand the proximity to Zion and the interstate, but this location is a complete rip off for $300.00 a night.

The room was large and spacious. The shower was hot and refreshing. We truly enjoyed are stay and the staff were kind and courteous. One small suggestion. Please replace the outside screen in room 301 as it takes away from the beautiful views. Overall, a wonderful and joyful stay.

Literally everything. Everything advertised met and exceeded expectations. The bed compared to the very glamorous hotel i stayed in(where presidents have stayed)a few years ago. EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE king bed in the king suite. Nothing.

During the night someone had a keycard to our room and tried to get in

My husband enjoyed the breakfast and the convenience of not having to leave the hotel. I more of a coffee drinker in te morning. We asked for room service, and the receptionist told us they would send someone. When we returned to the room, it had not been cleaned, and we had to go get fresh towels, as we had put the old ones out for housekeeping. Also, the pool was not available

Staff was super kinda and check in was quick and easy. The room was a bit run down but clean. The bathroom did have some black gunk in all the corners, not for sure what it was but you could tell it wasn’t cleaned amazingly well but for the most part it was ok. The breakfast was decent but busy! If you want quiet, do not get a room on the first floor! It was so loud at all hours of the day in the halls and the people upstairs sounded like elephants on parade…at 3 am…for a full hour. No shade to the hotel itself, I know that happens at most hotels, but the hotel itself was decent for what you pay for!
