Only 1 ice machine at lobby. Breakfast this morning was a disaster. No plate, eggs slimy, no meat l, 1 coffee machine broke. I ate potatoes for breakfast. Not a great experience. I truly expect better out of Holiday Inn

Good breakfast The mattress was terrible. I had to wear an Icy Hot patch on my back for 2 days.

Noise level - Recommend staying on top floor. It is quieter - no one walking around above you. Sometimes I heard conversations in another room - maybe beside me.
