Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Medford-Central Point by IHG

The exterior of the property could use some care. The trees need trimming, and the building and surrounding areas would benefit from power washing and general cleanup. That said, the lobby was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. One thing I would especially commend Holiday Inn for is the breakfast. It was a genuine, quality breakfast with a good variety of options to suit different preferences. I encourage management and decision-makers not to reduce the quality or selection of the breakfast. It is a significant positive and adds real value to the stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. Overall, despite the areas that could use some attention, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this Holiday Inn to others.

Very clean, large rooms and great staff

Could hear anytime the water was turned on by neighboring hotel guests

The tile and carpet had dirty footprints. Cigarette butts around the side entrance from the "No Smoking within 10 feet" policy. Needs ashtray. One evening I could not access the hotel for 20 minutes due to the blockade of trucks next door.

Bath tub needs a little work didn't look good

Super clean. Convenient and safe location. Beds were great. Kids liked the breakfast. Nothing special, but would stay again if we're in town.

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is pretty good. I love the coffee made by the coffee machine.

Great stay here. Very clean and comfortable. The only negative was the thin walls and thin ceiling. Lot of noise comes through the walls and from walking on the upper floors.

Amazing place to stay. We were somewhere else the night before and it was horrible. As soon as we walked in it smelled clean. Staff were helpful and kind. Rooms were amazing! Will definitely be coming back there our next trip!

Very comfortable bed, spotless sheets and to top it off great breakfast!

This hotel is always, very clean , well maintained with friendly, helpful staff! Great place for travelers going back n forth to California! Location is great n close to Costco for getting gas!

Room not clean

While the staff was helpful, the first room we were offered smelled of wet dog. When given a new room, it was not as clean as expected. Further, the television did not work; it was broken. We only stayed one night and it was not a very comfortable night. I'd much rather stay at another type of hotel in the future.

Helpful staff

Accessible room was crowded for a power wheelchair. Shower chair didn’t fit in tub. Tub was too small and not accessible.

DID NOT LIKE THE TOILET SIZE. TO SMALL, LOW TO THE FLOOR. NOT STANDARD SIZE.
