Candlewood Suites Medford by IHG

Great place! Staff was amazing. I Asked for a recommendation to a restraunt, and they had a printed out restaurant list. I wish all hotels did this. AND there very dog friendly. Wonderful staff making sure your having a great stay

Kirchen was well stocked, Beds were not comfortable. We had to switch rooms due to very noisy air conditioner and fridge.

Quiet and clean. Airport shuttle was prompt.

The room was so dirty. There was some kind of gross stuff on the carpet which wasn’t vacumed up. I would stay elsewhere.

There were snacks available for purchase at a reasonable price and complimentary coffee was also available. The location of the suites is perfect with easy access to all local activities. The room was just the right size to suit our needs, was clean, and comfortable. We will stay here again! The extra bedding for the pull out couch wasn't thick or warm enough. We ended up needing multiple blankets- just be aware.

Location Very dated, there was a huge odd shaped desk occupying a great deal of space with no function. No USB ports at all. No safe. No ice machine in the building!!

It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable for a great night's sleep. It was quiet location and convenient to where we needed to be the next day. There wasn't anything

Front Desk was fabulous and really helpful; shuttle driver was super ready to go

The staff is excellent, they went above and beyond our expectations in accommodating all our needs! A few minor repairs are needed. New irons and new shower heads!

Everything was fantastic! Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, amazing staff, location is great. And when I have to catch a flight the shuttle service is great/ great place to leave your car for long term parking as they also have a shuttle pick up service from airport. Wish they had breakfast :)
