When you see front desk staff wearing their AirPods and on the phone when they check you in or out and have no patience for your questions, you don’t feel welcomed at all.

Breakfast was simple but great in quality. The air conditioning worked effectively but noisy and blowed air directly to person who was sleeping near the unit. We have turned it off in case to get into sleep.

Hotel staff, grounds, and amenities were great. The Interior Design Architect or Project Manager or whoever decided upon the room layout - poor choices all around!

Check in went fast and smoothly, checkout the same. Wonderful breakfast sandwiches in the morning (Saturday & Sunday) and friendly people cleaning and restocking through out the seating. No complaints!

We have stayed here many times, and we are ALWAYS happy that we chose SpringHill Suites! It is near the Medford Airport, but the rooms are very quiet! And the free breakfast is VERY good and complete.

Overall a good place to stay. We have stayed at a SpringHill Suites before and are familiar with the room layout. As a family of 5 w 3 teens it’s a perfect layout for all of us. This location’s breakfast was just ok, No available pancake or waffle maker.

Flight into SFO was delayed continuously for hours until it finally missed the connecting flight to Oregon. Had to stay the night in SF and miss the booking. Staff didn't care and would not talk to us or Expedia about cancelation. Enjoy my money for a missed-visit once! You certainly won't see it again.
