Springhill Suites By Marriott Medford Airport

Clean room. Decent breakfast!! Friendly staff. Excellent!! Would return!

Our suite was comfortable, clean with plenty of room to lounge on the couch (hide a bed). Very modern looking. The bathroom could use a night light (it was like a cave at night!). Also a few more hooks on the wall for towels or clothing and some hand lotion would be nice.

Our flight was canceled and the hotel would not reimburse us for the one day we missed at their hotel.

Very good and spacious room for one night stay; safe

Very clean, close to airport.

My suite was spacious, clean, and quiet with a nice large bathroom that had a big walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciated that the free shuttle from the hotel picked me up at midnight. The hotel is an excellent value.

Great stay

Repeat customer great location and service.

Amazingly quiet. Excellent stay. Highly recommend.

Close to the airport and the room was great!

Breakfast was good. Very clean rooms.

Room was very clean and nice

Room was spacious and clean. Pillows are nice

Nothing

Was a very nice hotel!

Next to none.

We travel a pretty good bit and I would class this hotel as the best we've stayed in. The shuttle service to the airport is very good. They accommodate you whatever it takes. The room is large and very clean. The service from all the employees is very personal,

Only complaint is the misleading 3-star rating shown in the booking website. The hotel should be rated at least a solid 4-star. I would have missed booking this hotel, if I had not looked for a suite type room. I would definitely return.
