My Place Hotel-Medford OR

The room and the bathroom were clean, and the hotel was overall good. The staff were helpful.

The room had a bad smell. I brushed it off at first and turned on the AC. The recliner had a strong body odor smell. I couldn’t sit in it. I ended up covering it with a blanket

They are in the middle of construction but not really doing a good job of making sure they make the experience okay for their patrons. I checked in around 4pm and the person at the front desk was not present. I rang the bell about 3 times while waiting many minutes in between. When the person arrived they were wearing very wrinkled personal sloppy clothing. Their hair was ratted and messy and it looked like they just woke up. I was asked if I was checking in....huh...standing there with my suitcase. There was no welcome to our hotel, sorry for the mess but I promise you the room will be great, let me get you checked in. The elevator floor was pretty messy, the floor on the 4th floor hallway was very dirty as well. I expected the worst. But my room was very nice, clean and they did a nice job on the remodel of the rooms. The room was quiet and the air was good. they had a nice little kitchen with a fridge and in room ice maker. The bathroom was also new and very nice.

No silverware or plates in room to be able to eat food we put in fridge. all the lounges were out of service for renovations for our whole six nights without notifying us in advance.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the parking was convenient. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Unfortunately, the room had a strong odor that seemed to come from something or the cleaning products used, The smell was the only significant downside and made the room less enjoyable.

To be honest, I was a little surprised that this place has such high ratings. It looks nice and newer on the outside, but it’s pretty dingy on the inside. The carpet in the hallway needs repairs even having tears in some places. My room had a strange smell and I found it interesting that it had a cooktop with no utensils or pots or pans. What’s the point? Super average stay overall. The bed was comfortable n the bathroom was decent.

Overall, we had a great experience. Friendly staff, nice room. Definitely cant beat the price. We would definitely stay again.

If you want to experience, dirty bathroom, and broken springs mattress. Perfect place to experience.

They had nothing for me to drink when I checked in. They have no vending machines at all. They have a little cooler section by the check in desk, but all the waters, sodas, everything was gone. Very frustrating to get to your hotel at the end of the day and not be able to purchase a cold drink. Have the manager go to Costco and buy some cases of water if you run out. Are you thirsty all night or pay an Uber to take you to a place to purchase a bottle of water. Stock up before you go here.

Close to airport and coffee houses for breakfast

Turn on the ice maker if you want ice. There is no ice machine in the hallway, and you cannot get any from the front desk staff.

Being like an extended stay type of hotel I thought cooking or dining items would be included.

Reasonable price, clean room and good size, real refrigerator, convenient location. I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who need a place to stay.

Clean rooms and very convenient to Crater Lake National Park and airport.

Room was really clean. Staff were nice. Only reason I gave it 4 starts was because there was someone above me that walked around really loud, walls are a little thin. Overall it was a great stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice bathroom, new towels. Amazing shower, plentiful, strong & refreshing.

The first room we were given smell so bad even air freshener couldn’t help. The elevator is dirty and had used bandages on the floor. The one staff during our checkout was wonderful.
