Courtyard by Marriott Medford Airport

Convenient location within walking distance to the terminal with no need to worry about leaving because they have everything you need from dinner to drinks to morning coffee.

The room was large and the king bed comfortable. The weight room was a plus. Early airport shuttle. AC unit was old and did not work properly making the room uncomfortable. The dead bolt on the door stuck in the open position.

Clean, comfortable beds

I didn’t have the breakfast, as I had to leave at 4am, but the room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The bar and restaurant were great. The bartender was very attentive and made great drinks. I wish this hotel had a pool and a better gym. The location is very close to the airport and you could actually walk if you traveled light. It was approximately 1/2 mile away.

Maybe it was an off day but the Check In Front Desk was not good at all.

Ty- the shuttle driver was great! He was very patient with our crew and just so friendly! We were pleased he was our driver, twice! The bar staff in the afternoon were talkative and the service was excellent. We had a delicious margarita. Overall- the service made our stay at this hotel a fantastic experience.

Was a great stay!

My family and I stayed overnight to catch a flight the next day. Check in was easy and the staff made a point of ensuring that our rooms were near one another. Soft bed, fluffed pillows, large TV with all of the hotel and local information on-screen. Small, on-site bar in the lobby with comfortable seating. And less than a mile from the airport. It was perfect.

Room was clean and decently quiet for being right next to the airport. The sink in our room was really slow. Not sure if that's a feature or a bug. The beds were a little stiff, but not as bad as other places I've been recently. Okay for an overnight stay. They have some sort of little deli/coffee place in the hotel but didn't try it. Within driving distance of restaurants and coffee places. The intersection getting out of the property is absolutely terrible though. Really needs a light instead of stop signs.

I had to catch a plane very early in the AM so I decided to stay at Courtyard the night before. The rooms were very comfortable and were spotless I stay there again.

Disappointing

Staff was very polite and professional, property was clean and well maintained

Clean room bistro staff so friendly.

I couldn't work the key card. These have been in use for some time now, and some have made it easier. Very frustrating!

Rude staff. 3 different instances. Breakfast ended at 9 which is fine but to say no to getting a fork for the food you already got was rude.

So close to the airport with shuttle available at 3:30am!
