Knowing the water slide was only open from Wed-Sun would've been helpful. The slide was fun, though!

The staff was very helpful The only thing is not sure on towel situation maybe they need to order more towels for the pool and the hotel in itself. The lifeguard that monitors the pool needs to tone it down a little bit with the kids and all on the tile situation we go there to pay and have family fun and not worry about how many towels we can be used. Breakfast was good Like I said, the staff the maids upfront desk. Everyone was wonderful and helpful..

The only thing I didnt like was very little options for breakfast

Room was very standard. Bed wasn't one I'd run out and buy but when youre tired, it works. Coffee maker worked but the provided coffee and condiments are horrible. Bath Towels (2) have seen their better days; but they dried you off. Would I stay again? Only in a pinch.

The kids loved the pool and slide.

Stayed 9 days only received room service once but asked every day had to take dirty towels and trash down to the lobby they were always short on towels room smelled musty we had to purchase air fresheners for the room cigarette burns in the blankets

I found the mattress to be very soft for my back issues and inquired about any other firmer mattress and was told there wasn't any options. The elevator rug was very dirty and the floor around it was dirty and the elevator had an odor. The room was in need of refurbishing, especially the bathroom where the door and jam needed repair and painting. The toilet seat had stain and a chip and I was uncertain how clean was the floor. An oversized sheet was put on my bed which did not stay smooth while sleeping. I probably will find a different motel if I return to the area. Although, the staff at the desk were polite and friendly. It basically needs better management of the physical facility.

Great place to stay with a pool with water slide the kids loved. My go to place in Medford.

While I was only there for a brief few hours overnight, it was a good experience hesitant at first was glad I stayed there front desk. Staff was very helpful and very appreciative for the upgrade.

Room carpets were old and dirty, AC took long time to cool, they left curtains open in the room on a sunny day and the room was super hot. It took the entire night to cool the room. We had to ask several times to get extra pillows and blankets.

Room smelled a little like pets

Cigarette burns in blanket, room was dirty, housekeeping never came and had to throw away my trash in the dumpster out back, was only given two towels total for a two-person four night stay and had to bring down those two towels to the front desk to get two more because housekeeping said they didn’t have any, only the bath worked and not the shower, broken toilet paper dispenser, wifi only worked about half the time, front desk was often on their phones and had to get their attention when walking up to the front desk, room smelled like smoke, hotel itself had a strong gross odor right away, key cards stopped working after the first night. Overall, a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay.

The rooms were loud, the pool was over chlorinated to an unhealthy level, the hot tub was broken ( not expressed to me when we checked in). Overall customer service could be a lot better.

I made a mistake when booking my room and chose a single queen bed room when I thought that I had selected a room with 2 queen beds. I compounded the error by signing the paperwork without noting that it said one queen bed. (I wish the employee had confirmed my reservation verbally as is done at many other hotels / motels.) When I noticed that are room only had one queen bed, I asked to change to a 2 queen bed room. I was initially told that a change could not be made because I booked through Expedia. I challenged this and the employee agreed to call the owner. The owner stated that I'd need to make the change through Expedia, which was showing that I was already in my room and locked me out of any changes. It seems like there should have been a way to work through this on-property. I was fully willing to pay the difference in room cost (~$15).

Breakfast is great such. Nice way to start the day waffles and syrup private noone is bugging you it's a great place for an evening of fun with friends

Maybe next time they can have better customer are and be on top of what’s important for the stay 🌸
