The hotel is clean and comfortable. This visited had some loud guests both inside and outside the hotel. Typically, it is quiet. Breakfast is extremely minimal but has waffles so we are happy. The hot tub was not clean on this visit - I was seriously concerned that someone could get a disease if they used it, I also witnessed housekeeping drop clean, folded towels on the floor and put them right back up on the clean cart to use.... These two things make me hesitate to book again.

The staff were all super friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The waterslide was awesome for the kids. They loved it! Would definitely stay there again!

Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy, and the pillows were very small. The carpet had several large black stains, which made the room feel unclean. In the bathroom, I found hair that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest, and the toilet paper holder had a sticky residue on it. When I opened the dresser drawers, I also discovered belongings that had been left by a previous guest. When the room next to me turned the shower on it was so loud between the walls that it felt like the room was vibrating While the staff was welcoming and helpful, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room were disappointing and significantly impacted my stay

Water slide when we visited was from 5-10 pm the kids loved it

I really appreciate how friendly the staff was.Even when you argue with them , they don't argue , just because they can , they argue , because they have a point.
