Travelodge By Wyndham Charles Town/Harpers Ferry

It wasn't a bad place to stay at all but I got double charged. Because the manager at this spot told me I had no reservations, so we paid to stay and next morning it was taking out of my account again The fact the I got charged twice for same room because manager told us Travelodge was a different hotel and he recommended we stayed at days inn instead. They are same place two different building 1 office.

Nice The desk manager was awesome

It was quiet and set back off the highway. There was a Waffle House across the street. The front desk had a snafu getting payment from Booking.com. Even though they could see online that I had paid Booking.com, I had to wait almost half an hour to get a key while they kept calling Booking.com to get the funds released.

Location was great after an evening at the horse races. Long story but they were not very understanding and had an attitude when I was upfront about a situation that I needed to cancel due to our room being filled with smoke and people hanging out outside our room when we checked in at midnight.

The location to Hollywood casino. The shower drain was very slow. Beds soft, floors dirty

worst of the worst Very disappointing experience at Traveller Lodge. I had booked a non-smoking room for my family with kids, but the first room smelled heavily of cigarettes, and cigarette butts were thrown right outside the room. There were also several flies inside the room. Although the first receptionist was helpful and changed our room, the second room also had a strong smoke smell. On top of that, the toilet was not flushing properly. We had to buy air freshener and bedsheets from Walmart just to make it through the night. This was a horrible experience and far below expectations. Extremely disappointed, The booki.com is also waste.

It seems that there are many homeless people.

Beds were ok Very sketchy people hanging around at all hours. noise, drug dealers in the parking lot, hookers in the hotel, doors being banged on all the time, not safe, phones didn't work, no kleenex in rooms, i can go on and on here.

Very nice, clean room, comfortable bed, laminate floors for cleanliness. Great, warm staff, very helpful. I would stay again.

Well it wasn’t peaceful but it was nice area hotel to sleep your head down on . No smoking room was smell like smoke but over all it was ok

The staff was very pleasant and helpful for my late night check-in. The room were quiet and conveniently located. I was able to park directly outside of my door. The price couldn't be beat!! The surfaces of everything were clean, to include the bed, toilet, and shower. However, the entire bottom of the toilet needed wiped down. As well as the floor needed swept/vacuumed and mopped. I dropped money behind the nightstand and when I pulled it out to retrieve it, it was very dirty, with trash on the floor. I didn't feel comfortable walking on the floor in my socks. I'm thankful I brought slip on shoes to get around inside. Just needed a little more TLC!!

Basic accommodations, clean room, friendly staff, decent continental breakfast options. Overall, a very nice stay for the price range.
