Beautiful and clean. Staff was helpful

The lobby and conference area are very nice except for dated furniture in the common area. I attended a conference there and the conference room was excellent. Unfortunately, it was one of the nicer sections of the hotel. The Pool was decent and the fitness center was well appointed and quite spacious. Plenty of free water and coffee was a nice touch. Elevators require a key for floor entry which is nice for security, but I found it very annoying after several days. We did eat at the restaurant and the food was very good. It is a nice location with ample on-site parking although they require you to pay for it. A Publix is easily accessible a block away, which was nice to grab a light snack or drinks. I don’t want to sound like a hotel snob, but I’ve stayed at a lot nicer Marriotts; it definitely is due for an upgrade.

The air conditioner cannot be adjusted even after getting it “Fixed” it was too hot and made it uncomfortable. Housekeeping had to be requested as they did not do it prior to the request. Nothing near the hotel besides publix. I will say the Valet parking employees were very nice as well as the bartender on the rooftop bar!

Great hospitality, food, and amenities.

Nice room, but small. We had a double queen bed room and wanted to get a rollaway but the room was too small for this. The bathroom was small compared to other hotels we have recently stayed in. Very clean and overall comfortable otherwise.

Now i didn’t like the fact that we were given a handicap accessible room with tub and did not book it and housekeepers came at 8:45 am and we were still asleep other than that it was a nice stay

Enjoyable stay

The location was great; the lobby was really nice, the outside area was really nice, the rooms were good size with queen size beds and a chair and desk and extra chair, small but clean bathroom and hallway. Check in and out was very easy. Will be staying here again!

We didn't like that the toilet seat was not aligned properly with the toilet in our room.

The wifi wasn't good and you couldn't stream nextflix and other apps due to this...went to front desk and he said engineering would come check it out...they never came this was very disappointing...due to the expense of the say there

Pool is similar to pool at a motel 6 or something. Stay at the Indigo instead. Way better. Really good pool

I had a great stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. Breakfast was good, and the amenities were exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.
