Only 1 working elevator. Odor in the room. No coffee and curdled half and half.

Paying for valet parking, and bathroom door doesn't give you privacy.

Overall, pleasant stay...rooms a small.

Shouldn’t charge $35 for parking.That’s being a little hungry by the hotel

Staff is very friendly. Room was fine. Have to run hot water for a long time to get it hot. Overall good stay.

The rate is expensive, and you still have to pay for parking. No, I wouldn't stay there again, and if I had to recommend it to others, I’d say no.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. I didnt like the fact that you have to pay 35 dollars to park in the parking lot of the hotel each night you stay. I think that is absolutely ridiculous. Almost 200 dollars a night to stay and then another 35 dollars to park 1 vehicle is completely insane. We were there visiting a loved one that was in the hospital for a couple of days. I understand everyone is trying to make money but I feel like that is just a complete rip off and we wont return to this hotel again solely because of that. Other than that the stay was good.

Location Having to pay $35 for parking even if we don’t use valet. They said they had had coffee all day… if you call cold coffee in the canisters coffee… There was a big stain on the comforter and when I told the gentleman at the front desk… his response was… no worry’s?!? Charged me for a Coke that I did not get so he had to refund me. Had to call back after we left because I had some extra charges on my card. She told me to call back in 2 days if they were still there.

The hotel is great , just renovated, excellent breakfast!

This was a convenient stay for my husband and I as we moved our daughter back to school. I did think it was silly to pay for parking at a Fairfield that is nowhere near downtown and didn't appreciate that extra charge.

The valet parking was ridiculous. It should be free, self park. Its a small lot. At one point cars were lined up on the street to pull in. We were trying to pull out but were blocked by the cars pulling in while one young man was trying to park all the cars. Simple fix, let people park their own cars

We had a hard time getting into the parking area from the major arterials from The Charleston Airport. We landed in the back side and had to wriggle around to the entry.
