Very good

It was a basic property. Not near downtown so Uber or a rental car was a must. Free breakfast was nice also Television didn’t work so we needs a room change. Bathroom shower was leaking in the second room. The staff could’ve been more attentive. Except for Tyrese who offered is the room change while the others didn’t seem to want to be bothered.

Customer service and an excellent breakfast

Nice hotel with clean nicely appointed rooms. The location is very convenient to medical center area. On premise parking is basically nonexistent but they do provide parking at a nearby parking garage. Front desk staff needs a remedial course in customer service. Not sure I’ve ever encountered someone so unfriendly and unwelcoming. This will certainly be a factor when considering lodging for future trips to the area.

Lots of upgrades needed

First room 209 very loud roaring sounds through the wall. It was housekeeping using the washer/dryer. Desk clerk couldn't say how often that would occur. We requested another room & was given 309. The door to the adjoining room wasn't secured, not toilet paper in bathroom & leftover food in fridge. Maintenance came a couple of times & finally repaired the door approx. 9:30 p.m. Later, housekeeping came with 2 rolls toilet paper. Only given 1 roll, the other was for another guest. Room 309 was infested with gnats. We attempted to move to the Marriott but there were no rooms available. At checkout when asked about our stay, we again told about terrible our experience. The staff apologized then commented, they were surprised that we were given room 309. Then we wondered what had happened in that room. We hope this helps someone especially the managers of the Inn.

It was close to the hospital. The bathroom needs an update. For the price I would expect that the hotel keeps up with making sure the bathroom doesn’t look old.

When we checked in we were assigned a room that was not ready for occupancy. Then we were assigned a room for handicapped individuals. The closet was so low and small we could not get all of our clothes in it. We asked the manager the next day to be moved to the kind of room we reserved. We were able to get the type of room that we requested. The room was clean but the toilet kept stopping up and the shower door would not close while showering. We called maintenance twice to unclog the toilet. I would not stay there again.

Our room was dirty, there was knobs on the furniture missing, the floor was dirty and the water continuously leaked inside the shower. When we called the front desk for an extra towel set she requested we came down and picked them up. Terrible customer service and hotel.

I liked the location it was close to downtown, but not as expensive as staying in downtown. Easy and cheap Uber rides to King Street. Unfortunately, during our stay the property had an issue with No water (for 12 hours)so our floor had no useable toilet or shower, only could use the main floor bathroom which was 7 floors away
