The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to downtown was and added bonus.

The staff was exceptional. The rooms, while a bit dated were perfectly fine for us. They were cleaned on time, the location was great, and the staff were absolutely top notch. The restaurant staff was amazing, the desk staff, right down to the pool & maintence. Everyone we interacted with had a positive attitude and met us with kindness. Thank you holiday inn for an amazing stay! We will be back!

This hotel is in the centre of a busy road. It appears to be round, so you feel like you're staying in a tower. It is a bit rundown but has everything you need, and it is very close to the downtown area. The most amazing thing about this hotel is its restaurant on the top floor. It has an amazing view, and the breakfast that we paid for was GREAT! Full buffet, which we opted in for when we booked, and I'm glad we did. It was worth it. Would stay here again probably. 4/5 stars.

Es un edificio demasiado viejo, no se ve el manteniendo a la propiedad, no hay microondas solo en lo el lobby. La piscina es muy peña y sucia, el restaurante es lo único para rescatar por la vista más no por el servicio, duré casi una hora esperando el desayuno.

House keeping was on the ball. House keeping management will come knock on your door everyday at around 4 to make sure they did there job 😆. The property was little out dated but a good place to stay.

Breakfast wasn’t free. No microwave in our room.

The shuttle in and out of downtown Charleston was great! Super friendly and accommodating.

Perfect amenities for a quick stopover in Charleston. Easy access to the city and surrounding area. Amazing views!

Don’t waist your time or money booking.

Excellent view of Charleston and the Ashley River. Room had updated furniture but hotel needs a complete renovation. Also, while a balcony was not advertised, the pictures showed balconies. We paid for a scenic view and were looking forward to being out on the balcony. However, the sliding doors were bolted shut so we were not able to get out onto it. I do want to point out that the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Nice, older facility. Every room has a great view. Reminds me of the old Tower Records building. Pretty cool.
