Would stay agsin

My room had bed bugs in the head board. They charged me $30 for early check in. We were pretty tired from a long road trip, but we woke up to bed bugs!

Absolutely horrible Stay away from

The room was disgusting. Mold and visible repairs needed to be made. If there wasn't a torrential storm taking place and it was so late we would have left to find a new hotel. La Quinta should be embarrassed that they are renting rooms (for no small fee) to anyone with the hotel in this condition. And to top it off there was a 2" roach in the bathroom to greet us in the morning!

The girl at the front desk was absolutely charming. She was very helpful since my plans were constantly changing.

Greatest Hotel I’ve ever stayed at staff was the best I’ve ever encountered and I’ve stayed that many the price was phenomenal compared to everywhere else and the place I was at was just as good as anywhere else could’ve been. It was me my two daughters and my dog and I couldn’t have asked for more family, friendly dog orientated staff. I personally spent time talking to each of them. I will forever choose that Hotel anytime I’m in Charleston.

Not great experience at all

We had to wait 20 minutes after check in time because our room wasn't ready. They did give us an upgrade without us asking

Booked one night. The hotel room floors are hot & humid. Breakfast was good, but it wasn’t ready at 7. There’s a strong by sulfur/sewage odor inside the hotel room when the toilets are flushed. The pool is nice. One elevator is broken & the other elevator has the control panel door open w/ exposed wires.

View was amazing from interior rooms. Microwave and fridge in the rooms is always a must so glad we had them! Will stay again!

The 1st room I was given,the TV or phone did not work..The young man at the front desk quickly changed my room..The other room was wonderful,actually bigger for my autistic son to run around..There was a jetted tub in the bathroom that I took full advantage of!It was so peaceful and relaxing after my son went to sleep..Thank you to the young man at the front desk!I will be back in a few weeks for more dr appointments and will request that same room if available!

The staff was phenomenal! Helpful and kind. The carpets were dirty and ice machine 2nd floor not in working order . The view was beautiful.

Not as clean as is should have been the wyndom name is not what it once was. The staff was mostly Indian, and or Spanish speaking, and charged 11 dollars daily to park in an almost empty parking lot.

The hotel overall was good. As probably many people do, I check drawers, closets under beds for any of my personal possessions. After checking under one of the beds, they definitely need to do a better job of vacuuming under beds.

This place is very well however the second elevator was done and everyone trying to use the same one was very hot but not unbearable.. the beds was very small they were full size. Other than that everything else was great

The pool was nice and breakfast was ok
