La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charleston Riverview

Room was very clean and comfortable Rest of the hotel was dirty and in disrepair.

Not much at all but the breakfast It could have been a lot more cleaner in the room. It smell of dog urine and mold. As well the MSM that checked me and my husband in was very rude to us.

It was cheap and they accepted dogs The dog yipping and barking all night in the room next door

The beds

Location I was charged $11/ night for parking!! I stayed there in May and did not have to pay for parking. The hotel is getting very run down. Beds are saggy, walls have brown stains of some sort. Needs proper cleaning. Staff behind desk were not very friendly.

Room was mediocre pretty sure the beds are full but not queens staff was good breakfast was so so and they make you pay for parking 11 dollars a day after paying the hotel bill I prepaid for the room gave credit card supposed to be a hold when I seen the Bill it was only then I realized I was charged for parking

Disappointing

We were given a room in the second (not the main building) first. The room was like the worst nightmare: carpet with holes, really dirty bathroom, a dumpster near by, and right to a noisy highway. Upon complaining and paying extra money were given a room in the main building facing the marina. We stayed at La Quinta’s other locations and we were shocked to experience this particular location. We will not stay here again.

There 3 roaches in room! Two were dead and one crawled on bed!!

The front desk associate was incredibly rude. Completely ruined the stay. Refused to give me property managers info and continued to try and get me riled up when I just wanted to check in. She shouldn’t be in hospitality as she was rude to everyone I saw her encounter. Wouldn’t stay at this property again if it were free.

I liked where it was. Staff was good The room really smelled kept me up all night with the smell and felt unclean also in the bathroom the cabinet area was messed up. The bathroom kinda broken and not clean. I dont know just felt icky
