For the price, some sort of meal should have been included. A breakfast, or a lunch, or maybe even a dinner. That was disappointing

Overall great experience

Reception staff and kitchen and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Purchasing drinks throughout our stay was easy and convenient. Breakfast and coffee in the morning and bar in the evening was very nice. The rooftop bar is beautiful but seemed like hardly anyone was using it when we checked it out. Would be nice if it was open later than 9:00 on the weekdays though. Overall a good location and nice hotel

Nice staff

Great location, beautiful view of the marina. Very comfortable, clean and nice area at check in to relax. Nothing.
-
Lovely balcony view and very nice amenities by the Marina Very minor inconvenience as some elevators were not functioning - only meant walking across the lower level to another set of elevators to get to the roof bar - great views of the sunset from the roof bar though !

The location and the view! Pool was closed .. looked like they did not maintain it properly.. the bed was not comfortable at all!

I’d definitely stay here again. Booked it last minute and was able to get a pretty window view of the marina. Staff was very nice. Hotel was very clean and lobby smelled really nice. Wasn’t able to eat at the hotel or check out the rooftop lounge or pool since we were out all day and we missed the open hours. Hotel was close within driving distance. Parking $20 / day and you can go in and out and plenty of spots available. A lot affordable than hotels downtown that’s charging you $50/day and you have to walk far to the parking lot. A family member ended up getting admitted to the hospital so it was a 17 min walk to Roper Hospital. There’s a bridge pedestrian walkway along the water when you turn right and you can walk/run towards the battery. The gym is pretty large and we utilized it a lot. Machines and weights in good condition and they have a peloton bike too. They unfortunately don’t offer a shuttle to downtown but I would definitely stay here again. We had family staying in Foley Beach and James Island and we did touristy stuff downtown and at Mount Pleasant so we were right in the middle of those places. It was easy to hop on the highway and don’t have to navigate through downtown which was a pain.

The roof top amenities were great! The breakfast was pricey!

What a great hotel! Every detail of this establishment was top notch. Immaculate, well stocked, top notch amenities, service and staff, parking, everything was perfect. We enjoyed every second. Thank you for making our first stay in charleston amazing . We definitely will be staying here again when we return

as advertised.

Beautiful and comfortable. I had a waterfront room with a great view. I had a roach encounter but informed staff at checkout and they were most apologetic. The room was very clean so I’m sure it was a fluke. The parking fee was a bit of a surprise as I made the reservation while driving and did not fully read the details. I prefer to stay where parking is included.

It was good and clean

It was great and really clean.

The AC wasn’t working so we moved to a different room. The heat had been on in that room and it took hours to cool off some- still didn’t cool properly. We were staying there in order to be close to MUSC for morning surgery. The microwave was filthy. I won’t stay there again and don’t recommend.

Easy to get to key areas in Charleston, but you aren’t directly downtown. Beautiful spot on the water!

The hotel appears new, very clean, rooms large. Staff is amazing, breakfast tasty but you have to pay. Food at the restaurant tasty and healthy too. We had balcony with view of the river and sunset, was magical. Outdoor pool is very nice!
