Love this hotel!

Our room was not cleaned and by the time we arrived back to the room late at night nothing could be done. We encountered a very rude and condescending server at the breakfast and when we went to complain were dismissed and not taken seriously. My husband had suffered a brain injury and has some cognitive delays that can require some extra time.Instead of empathy he was met with aggression and impatience. When he went to advocate for himself with the manager he was not taken seriously. Usually AC hotels have some of the most friendly staff so this was truly dissapoonting

This was an absolute wonderful stay for our entire family. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They found our booking and got us our room cards right away. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is welcoming and the hotel is super clean. Our rooms smelled great and were nice and tidy. The rooftop bar is also a nice touch! We were allowed to go up there with the kids to enjoy a World Cup game and take in the views. I would absolutely book again!

Excellent hotel ! The room was spacious and clean staff were friendly and the hotel is situated in an excellent location for the bars restaurants and shopping at South Park Mall.

We asked the room to be cleaned every day and it wasn’t. It took hours to get clean towels and they didn’t want to take the dirty towels. Too much of a hassle for a great location hotel.

Everything about this hotel was great! One of the best AC's I have stayed at. Make sure to visit the rooftop lounge. Parking was outrageously priced. Typical for the Marriott company.

Very helpful and kind staff at check in, and very helpful breakfast staff with help on gluten free options. Nice clean and quiet room with easy parking and conveniet location.

The room was clean, staff were nice and professional. The rooftop bar was nice!

We enjoyed the cleanliness, parking area , shopping and restaurants in close distance. Roof top bar lovely. We enjoyed our bartender Sam and the cook . I forgot her name. It was very quiet and relaxing. Can't wait to visit again soon. 10/10 Nothing.
