The breakfast was great and had a nice variety. The exercise facility was good also. The location is great to everything. The mattress on the bed was terrible. Felt really worn out and had a hard time getting comfortable to fall asleep. I could hear the guest in the next room so not very quiet.

The hotel and our room were very clean. The staff was great, too. The breakfast was pretty good. There weren't a whole lot of options, but it was very convenient to be able to have breakfast included with our stay before we left for our appointment.

The dining location was fine. The food was average. The staff were very polite. I didn't like paying extra for parking.

The continental breakfast was great! There is a nice courtyard, small swimming pool, gym and even a few drinks and food for purchase on site. Staff is great and rooms were clean and in good condition. Overall, a great value at a low price. If you are looking for good value on your stay with some basic amenities and then some, this was very impressive for a smaller location. Will definitely book in the future.

We came up to the desk and they were having issues with plumbing so would not let us check in which is understandable. But then I was told that Expedia had to work with them for refund. Expedia contacted them (maybe) for 10 days and they never responded. When I called to inquire, the front desk person basically said I was lying when I wasn't allowed to check in saying "no, it was a choice." People already there were allowed to stay but all the new people in line were told they had to seek other accommodations. there was not oned there helping or advising travelers and then the front desk person talked all over me and didn;t even let me speak when I asked about responding to Expedia. Beautiful place and great location but the service was terrible.

Very clean, Lady at desk was super helpful and overly nice. Breakfast was a hit. This was a second stay there. This was a much better experience. .

Everything was very nice except the view from our window was not happy with that but we only stayed one night so it was OK I would say the only thing we didn’t like was the view from our room

My vehicle along with other patrons vehicles was vandalized and broken into and window busted out.

It was wonderful!

They started charging $10 to park which is new but with no value added. Just another way to charge more money. No extra security. Carpet was worn in our room. Pillows were very lumpy. Very noisy all night making it hard to sleep. We’ve stayed here for many years. This may be our last time. It’s definitely gone downhill. Sad.
