Dirty room and worse breakfast

Our vehicle was broken into in their parking lot. No one from hotel management has reached out to us or anything. You would think they would have called us to at least apologize for the $800 in damages to our vehicle. Other than that, the hotel was great. Don’t leave anything of value in your vehicle.

Upscale property! Nice location! You can walk to shop. The traffic outside was a bit rough, but it is expected with the location.

The location and the staff were great

The property is in a very nice area surrounded by beautiful things. The views were pretty and entrance so nice. The breakfast was clean and the eating area so pretty but the breakfast itself was very very simple. Shops nearby are upscale but there is a Whole Foods right next door which was very nice. We would definitely go back here to stay. Parking was easy and safe.

Exceptional

Very nice staff, friendly and clean rooms and common areas! Bed comfy but water pressure for shower could be stronger for my liking. Overall good condition and well maintained property!

The complimentary breakfast was a highlight. The food was always hot and fresh, with a great variety of options. I especially appreciated that the menu changed daily instead of serving the same items every morning. My room was exceptionally clean, including the bathroom, which was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for more than one guest without feeling cramped. The location is outstanding. There are plenty of upscale restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, making it convenient to enjoy a nice meal or browse the local stores without needing to drive. I only have two minor suggestions for improvement. The refrigerator in the room could be a little larger, especially for longer stays. Also, the market area could offer a wider selection of snacks, drinks, and toiletries, and its location could be better marked since it wasn't immediately obvious. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. The cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, excellent breakfast, and convenient location made for a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Charlotte area.

Exceptional

During my stay, my vehicle was broken into while it was parked in the hotel parking lot. The experience was incredibly frustrating, but what made it even worse was the hotel’s response. I was told there was nothing they could do and that they would not offer any compensation or assistance. The front desk employee told me that this was not an isolated incident and that there had been multiple vehicle break-ins at this property over the past couple of years. In fact, several vehicles were reportedly broken into the same night as mine. Despite claims of 24-hour security and the presence of exterior cameras, that did not prevent these incidents or provide any reassurance as a guest. If you choose to stay here, be aware that vehicle break-ins have occurred in the parking lot. I wish I had known this before booking. Based on my experience and the lack of concern shown afterward, I would not stay here again.
