Location was great. Bill arrived with extra fees that I wasn’t privy to. Also, paid for a full day of parking even though I left at 8am and handed over the key cards. Bathrooms need updating and vents need to be cleaned.

I had an issue with my sofa bed. Still waiting on points to be added to my account for the inconvenience. It takes too long for anyone to answer the phone.

Shower could have used a deep clean but other than that it was great! It was nice to have a full size fridge and freezer along with the kitchen!

Horrible room condition. It didn’t seem like the bed sheets were changed after the prior customer checked out. The wash basin water wasn’t turning hot water.

Quiet room and well appointed facility with convenient parking near to shopping and restaurants and convenient location for travel in Charlotte area A bit slow checkin process as my name was not correctly entered and we had to register and pay for the parking separately.

Well I didn't like how you canceled my room and didn't tell me, and I didn't like how they changed me 2 times for a room and don't want to talk about it. You and that place can go fuck off. I will never use booking. com again

Location and cleanliness went well with the neighborhood that the hotel was located. Paying for parking in a very tight parking area. Spaces are not conducive to full size SUV’S.
