Second time staying here, clean, friendly staff and close to most things.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. The problem came when they took all the towels and wash clothes and did not replace them so I had to go and buy my own because I was told that they didn’t have anymore because they were all dirty and needed to be washed. If that was the case the towels that was in the room should have been left there and not taken

The decor is amazing; the suite set up is very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Unfortunately my second stay was not nearly as good as my first the month prior. The room I was in was dirty, the sheets were not clean, and the A/C did not work. After the second night I requested to move to a different room as it was 78 degrees in mine. I was surprised to walk into that room to find maintenance working on that thermostat as well. I stopped by the lobby bar at 9pm on Saturday night and was told that it was closed. I will be going back to the nearby Hyatt Centric next time I visit.

Good location, nice amenities

This was a top notch property. Perfect location and very clean. Staff was amazing esp at the front desk and bar. Would stay here again for sure

Comfortable stay

The furniture on the seating area and the carpet were stained and could use a deep cleaning. Parking is across the street and costs $15 per night, don’t leave any valuables in your car. The hotel has a bar that serves decent food and the lobby is pleasant and large enough you can sit and work on your computer or relax for a bit while you drink a coffee or a cocktail. This location is quiet, near shopping and dining.

My only complaint was regarding the bike rentals. My husband and I had planned to go for a ride, and although both of the hotel’s bikes were available, one was out of order, so unfortunately we weren’t able to use them. Since bike rentals are advertised as an amenity, I think the hotel should have more bikes available or ensure that the ones they have are in working condition. It was a bit disappointing, especially since we had been looking forward to it. Other than that, we had no complaints at all. It’s a beautiful hotel, and we had a great stay. I would definitely stay again!

Overall every thing was great the room was very clean and the bed felt wonderful. besides the amenities as nice as the hotel and the room was you would think there was a microwave in the room. I really hated going to the lobby at night to warm food if I got hungry.

The lights in our room didn’t work properly, but the room is nice and clean we enjoyed it otherwise
