The property is very convenient to the offices and shops in the South Port area. Clean and well-kept with an attentive staff.

Loved the hotel . Very clean and pet friendly. The staff was absolutely amazing . Very convenient next to a lot of shopping centers . Will book again !

The room was noisy The guests next door kept their TV on at full volume all night, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, a terrible experience. Highly disappointed with the housekeeping. Instead of giving me fresh sheets, the maid picked the dirty bedsheet up off the floor and put it back on the bed. Extremely unhygienic for a hotel listed on Hotels.com. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

This is a great location, you are in the heart of Southpark. The Southpark Mall is in walking distance. The facilities are clean, and the rooms are nice.

My stay was great. The room was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to go to the 1st floor to use a microwave. I think it should be on the same floor as the ice machine. Staff were great. The lady at the bar was very helpful but was unsure how to make curtain drinks. But over all the drink that she did make was very good.

The only issue we had was with one staff member at the front desk. We didn’t receive towels on one of our days during our trip after asking one of the housekeepers. We called to the front desk and was told by the front desk that the housekeepers were unavailable and he did not have access to clean towels. We found that to be highly unacceptable
