Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte SouthPark

We always stay at this hotel when in Charlotte. The location is great snd the staff members are very welcoming.

First room smelled very mist and they moved our room no problem. The staff is very friendly and accommodating

Great last minute stay at this property due to a cancelled flight at Charlotte. Front desk was very helpful, room was clean and had the essentials. Lots of outlets to plug in devices. Great

Some of the amenities (bottled water, k-cups for coffee maker, etc) - were only enough for one night's stay - but housekeeping only comes every other day. Again, not a major deal - but why not stock things accordingly? We did not eat breakfast - they had 2 options, a full buffet or continental breakfast. Both felt over priced, but smelled good - but not many takers on the morning we walked past. Maybe look out for a coupon or code that includes breakfast. Parking felt safe in the 2-story garage - $10 / night. Location is amazing - right next to SouthPark shopping / dining. Felt very reasonably priced given the good location.

Super clean and the staff were extremely kind

The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were absolutely amazing though - we stayed for a very short amount of time but everyone we chatted to was phenomenal and we felt right at home. The people made our stay amazing here!

Loved that it was pet friendly. Had trouble with the room card getting in and out of the parking garage.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in SouthPark was anything but short of amazing. I understand this isn't a five-star hotel, but they gave us five-star treatment the entire time we were there. The hotel has a great location, right across the street from the mall, with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were comfy and a nice size — we had plenty of space. Having on-site parking is also a big plus. The staff was amazing and accommodated any needs we had.

The property was very clean. I am very leery about staying at hotels but this hotel was awesome! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great. I will use this property again in the future. Nothing

My reasoning for giving this Hotel a 4 overall is because the AC was broken. Maintenance was sent to fix it but the AC went out again. I couldn't get moved to another room because they were fully booked. I did get compensated for my for the inconvenience when I checked out.

Clean room except I asked for the refrigerator to be swapped due to iced over and not working properly and it was never changed.

Amazing front desk staff, wonderful, helpful and just all around great people. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back again.
