The parking was easy, and the room was perfect. The staff was very helpful.

A pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff is professional and accommodating ! We interacted with several front desk staff, different valet staff (. Even though we self parked), briefly with the restaurant staff on the 2nd floor. Where the chef made a personal appearance to greet us. We didn’t get the chance to eat there but they were pleasant and accommodating. The location of this hotel is great. There are quite a few restaurants and shops in the area, many within walking distance. Parking was convenient with the option to self park or valet. We settled for the self park option. We were only in town a few days. On my return I would definitely stay again.

It’s beautiful and clean. Lighting in rooms is horrible. I could not even see good enough to do hair and makeup. No place to put suitcases except on bed. I asked for an extra table to accommodate a second suitcase because they don’t have luggage racks. No lights in bedroom except for dim lighting each side of the bed. We ate at two restaurants abs both meals were awful.

Nice hotel with several restaurants and mall within walking distance. Great customer service and very clean! Will definitely go back.

Its a clean hotel with a great staff and great location. However, for me the lack of a desk and chair and ceiling lights in the bedroom was an issue.

From check-in to checkout this was a great hotel in a wonderful location. Walk to shopping and dining with ease. If you are traveling around Charlotte area like I was, it was a great place to use as a hub.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. Staff is great, beds are comfortable and the rooms are extremely clean .

The staff The room was 80% humidity. It was horrible and that was with ac. The hotel room clock went off at 5am and I couldn't turn it off and it was also wired into the mains electricity. Worse sleep of my life.
