Hotel was good overall with some staff helpful but also some rude staff, one in particular was not helpful at all and rude with it, the first 4 times I left the room I could not access it again with the card but the last time(which I'd been in the gym) the lady was so rude and would not give me access without seeing some id, I explained my id was in the room I was again locked out of. in the end I had to find a copy of my passport online before she would fix it. Also several areas were poor

Staff was amazing! The cookies they give at checkin were amazing! However the vending machines were not the best and we couldn’t find the one on the floor we were on.. they didn’t have many options for drinks.

Nice hotel. They had problems with their system going down at checkin, but Miracle worked tirelessly through each issue to make sure we were taken care of. I appreciate that. Also got an unexpected evacuation and fire department visit the next day. Higher end area, so the restaurants are pricey. It was a pain, but I’d stay here again.

Nice hotel, next to a vibrant mall in a quieter suburb. The pool could use some maintenance, but was very nice. Breakfast was expensive, but our room had a small kitchen.

Pleasant stay

The hotel was very nice and kept up. The problem was the parking lot and not much room to park.

Friendly and clean. Curved shower bar was installed backwards. Somewhat annoying because of that , but hotel was a good value. Would stay again.

The hotel lacks in parking. Overflow is in a parking garage that is poorly lit, and shared with Enterprise rental cars. Guests have to exit and re-enter the hotel buildings to access rooms and different facilities—not ideal when you are carrying luggage and it is raining! There was a leak in our room, and the hallway was extremely noisy at night. I would not stay here again!

Rooms

I stay at a lot of hotels and I love a nice hotel. But I've been reading Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara and he reminds me that a lot of what I love about great hotels, are the great people. Chino is the afternoon/evening manager who greets me most often. I stay here a lot. He is always exceptional and professional. He puts me at ease after a long drive but he's still expeditious and precise. He's a great representative of the hotel brand. After I say good night to Chino and go to my room, I'm reminded why I stay here. SPACIOUS rooms, great light, clean and comfortable and convenient. The pool is a great respite from the day complete with the water feature. I feel like I'm at a resort and yet, I can walk to Macy's without breaking a sweat. The location is fabulous. I highly, highly recommend.

Great spot! Very clean and great staff!

The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. One area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi speed during peak hours, and the best way to get to your and parking. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay. My advice is to check whether breakfast is included when booking to get the best value.

Room needs painting, I saw some spider web in room,and also it was hard to get towels asking 3 times

I asked for it to be serviced twice also for my safe to be looked at as it was broken I was told both would be taken care of and they were not I requested towels twice as clearly my room was not being cleaned The towels were never received I had to go down to the Front desk at 7:00am to get towels We booked having no idea about the construction right next to the pool It made having a pool day very not very relaxing Overall a big dissappoinmemt

Great location, convenient to shopping and excellent restaurants!

It is old and dark and needs remodeling. The parking is in a garage that is also dark and does not feel safe behind the building.

It was great. Love the pool and the parking is free which is not common these days.

Room was clean and check in was seamless. For the wait we were given an accommodation which was great. I only wish there was air in the hall ways and our room had a stove top but no pots or pans to use the stove top. Overall it was a great stay. The beds are very comfy and room was spacious
