Aloft by Marriott Charlotte City Center

I would recommend this hotel to stay at anytime! Very clean and nice staff

Great stay in Uptown Charlotte! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and had a great view.

The staff was courteous and polite. The room was clean and the lobby has a pool table and bean bag toss. The lobby is located on the 5th floor with no one on the first floor. The first floor entrance is small, has an elevator you take up to the lobby and Amazon lockers on one side of the wall. It was disappointing because there are homeless people sleeping out front and no security to be seen. Also the parking was odd. The parking garage entrance for self parking is actually around the corner. They do have valet service in front if you’re interested. Not what I expected.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Great stay

The hotel just really lacked. My shower head broke while I was in the shower. The curtains did work and required maintenance. No bell hop service. No room service. It was really a bare bones experience.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy is that the shower had little to no cold water so you had to take a very hot shower. There also isn’t a full length mirror in the rooms. Even with those issues, I’d absolutely stay here again.

The staff was great but my room felt muggy and the ac unit was so loud.

Bed is low to the ground. But worked out for us. Perfect area for our needs

It was a quick trip but I enjoyed my stay.

I prepaid for my stay and when I checked I was charged the full amount of my stay plus accidental. More than 500 dollars off my card with no real answer on how it would be resolved

The Staff was wonderful upon arriving. Very polite and professional. Our room was very cozy and clean. My only down fall is parking. The parking garage, valet needs to be credited for staying there. Other than that wonderful place to stay.
