Everything was amazing Per usual !

I had a solo travel trip for a conference and I felt safe at the hotel. My room was nice and clean, the pillows were actually really comfortable. You are provided a robe and Klur products are available for use. I forgot some toiletries and the hotel provided them for free and brought up for me which was so great. I appreciate the hospitality.

Very nice! Staff was helpful and went above and beyond.

I called right after checkout ask them to look in my room and grab an outfit I had laying in the bathroom and they put me through to loss prevention which kept me on hold so long that they couldn’t find my stuff and I know it was in that room if they could’ve been nice enough to walk up there and grab it I was gonna turn around and come back after it. It was a Lululemon pants top brawl, and underwear at the Omni in Charlotte

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was extremely friendly.

The room was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! It was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. Trade Restaurant was delicious, and one thing I thought was super cool and convenient was having a Walgreens right downstairs. The location was perfect too. Everything was within walking distance — restaurants, nightclubs, and so much more. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything was perfect, and I would absolutely stay here again!

The big screen TV was an amazing feature. Watching sports while in the pool, could not have been more perfect.

Great staff, great location, great facilities. The Coin Pool area is very unique and fantastic for a few drinks after game day I emailed guest relations 2 days beforehand about a birthday but got no reply

Room was clean, conveniently located, and seemed like vacation.

Our premium king room was a nice size, but the rug had some bad, set-in stains, especially near the sides of the bed, which we reported to the front desk the following day so they wouldn't think we had spilled something. This was room 831. When we checked in on Friday afternoon just before 4 pm, the woman I spoke with seemed new and somewhat incompetent. Right away, she told me there were no premium king rooms available. I told her I had booked it weeks ago and already paid for the first night online. Luckily, a supervisor, I suppose (no introduction), was nearby and she found our room (with no apologies offered for the error). Then the "new" clerk gave us no information about the hotel. I had to ask for 2 keys instead of the 1, then for an envelope for both of them. I asked about the "free drink" we were supposed to get and she didn't know anything about that until the other woman gave us our 2 tickets to receive the free drinks. Again, no apologies for the ignorance. We weren't told where the pool was, the hours, anything about breakfast, etc. The next day we spoke with more seasoned, friendly employees who helped us with our stay. The woman who oversees the breakfast line is somewhat curt. Who wants to deal with an unsmiling, stressed-out face in the morning when you have to stand on line to get seated? We skipped the hotel breakfast after Day 1. The cleaning staff is good, but they nearly didn't clean our room by 4 pm on Day 2. Do better!
