We had an amazing stay at the Omni Charlotte. Everyone was really kind and helpful. The location was perfect because we were able to walk to all of our events, restaurants and spa. We can’t wait to return.

Great hotel!

I was very impressed by the Omni. Great views from the room and very clean. The pool area is relaxing with a huge tv screen and bar (open on weekends I believe). Everything you need is at the hotel as the lobby is attached to a mall that has many food options. The only thing I would add is another hook for towels in the bathrooms and make sure you get to the pool early as the lounge chairs fill up on weekends. All in all though it was a lovely stay and already thinking about booking again!

Great location.

The staff was very nice and loved the stay. Stayed for Joji concert and they loved talking to us and made us feel welcomed

I stayed at the Omni for 2 nights, as I was in town for a wedding nearby. The location was great and the light rail was one block away. The front desk staff were very nice and quick in getting me checked in. The room was big and the bed was comfy, however, the water pressure in the shower left things to be desired, as well as not enough lighting in the bathroom and rest of the room. No place to hang your towel in the bathroom or along the shower door. There were a range of other guests, from families with young children to those walking around the hotel intoxicated spilling food and drinks in the elevator. From my experiences and the price I paid, as it was definitely not the cheapest hotel in the area for the weekend, I would say the hotel is right in line with a solid 3-star hotel, not quite 4-stars.

Everything was excellent!

I had such a great staycation! Yasmine at the front desk was AMAZING! I will definitely be back.
-
All the amenities were well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The view to the rooftop/pool area was nice and the bar and restaurant had a great service and atmosphere. We will definitely come back!

Clean and super convenient to everything in Charlotte! It even has a walgreens downstairs for any needs you may have.

The pool and bar was amazing
-
The hotel and rooms were very nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly. The noise level both inside the hotel and outside of the hotel is what lowered our rating and experience. The walls are paper thin.
-
Staff was helpful, and bar and hotel charges were easy to understand. Not the best choice if you are not there for business.

Valet staff was amazing

The main reason I booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool party on the days I didn’t have business. Upon check-in, I was told the pool was closed until further notice. The staff did try to make it right by offering free breakfast in their member lounge (which was not good). Ultimately, I decided to move to a different hotel with a pool. Then I was charged an early exit fee of $340, even though they agreed to give me a refund for the nights I didn’t stay. Not a great experience.

I’ve stayed at the Omni Charlotte before, which is exactly why I chose to return, but this visit exceeded my previous experience in every way. From housekeeping to maintenance, the club level staff, the lobby bar team, and the Coin rooftop bar staff, every interaction was pleasant, professional, and welcoming. The level of customer service throughout the property was consistently excellent. I especially want to recognize Ja’Sean at the front desk. He was the first person I met when I arrived, and he immediately set the tone for the entire stay. His personality, professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience and treated me like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. In hospitality, first impressions matter, Ja’Sean truly exemplifies what outstanding customer service should look like. N/A

Location Even though our air was running, the room was incredibly humid. When we booked, we had expected to be able to swim for one day when we had down time but the pool was closed off. Also, they skipped cleaning our room one day and we had to track down towel because they only provide one towel and wash cloth per person in the room.

This is the perfect hotel and it’s. In a perfect location.
