Quick stay to see a concert Saturday night. Very convenient to the Spectrum Center. Plenty of nearby dining options. Used the BoA parking garage. The room was very nice. Great trip!

Nice. Great location — everything was walkable.

We ordered the Carolina elotes, crab cakes, pete and peach wings, and the burger. These were wonderful and a reasonable price. The kids ordered grilled cheese and Mac & cheese and these were AWFUL. The grilled cheese was bland, cold, and dry, but the Mac and cheese smelled and tasted rancid. We stayed on the top floor and had Club 14 access. We booked a 2 queen room, it was a decent size for the 4 of us and I really loved the long couch that ran the entire length of the window. The views from the rooftop pool deck are beautiful at night. The pool itself is quite small and not the best for young children. Gabby in Club 14 was the highlight of the hotel. She is so charming! She greeted us by name, remembered our trip plans and asked about them each time we returned, really made us feel at home. Overall it was a nice stay. The rooms and the hotel spaces are clean and comfortable, the food is great and not overpriced like most hotels. The lounge could offer a better variety and longer hours. Omni's Club rooms were around the same price as the JW Concierge rooms, but the JW has more. I would stay here again but not if I could stay at the JW for similar price

Second time staying at this property. Very clean, quiet and centrally located. The pool is super small but had a great time.

The hotel itself is nice. But the experience was not good. Check in is at 4 pm. We arrived right at that time and were told our room would not be ready for “probably another hour.” We did not get keys to our room until 5 pm. Then on check-out day, it took the valet 45 minutes to bring our car around because there were other cars blocking the valet lane for 15 minutes or more without passengers ready to leave the hotel. It felt like an operational mess and this was disappointing due to the fact that this is not a cheap hotel and that we were late for two different events due to the inability of the hotel to perform to their obligations. We would not pay to stay here again.
