I took one star off becuase valet parking was required and really slowed down the process of getting in and out of the hotel. The valet team was great, but the hassle of having to organize ordering a car was a negative for me. (Plus the cost per night and tipping.) Otherwise, highly recommend if you are looking for a spot in the center of the city.

The room was clean, staff very helpful, good bar. The only issue was the dinner meal. My husband ordered Salmon and shrimp and it came out so burnt and dry that we had to send it back.

The staff was exceptional especially tje front desk receptionist, Aerielle Brown and the manager, Ja'Sean. Any concerns with my stay were addressed immediately, respectfully, and professionally. The pool area was awesome. My family loved it and we plan to return when we attend other events in Charlotte, NC

I booked a two days specifically to enjoy the pool, but when I went there, a security told me it was closed for maintenance. I asked when it would reopen, and he said he didn't know. I called the front desk to explain that I had booked the room just to use the pool and asked why it was closed. They said they would check and call me back fifteen minutes later, they called to say it was due to the weather even though it wasn't even raining. I wasted my money and never got to enjoy the pool.
