My suite was delayed by 1.5 hours and not ready. Property emailed me prior to ask if I needed anything. I asked for a comforter... didn't get, and took 3 calls TO GET one 2 hours later. Room furnishing were bland, sparse, dated, and the worst was, the AC did not work in the suite, and we BOUGHT A FAN FROM DOOR DASH so we could sleep. And this is a Suite at The Ritz Carlton???? Awful.

The amenities at the Charlotte Ritz-Carlton live up to the brand's reputation from what I saw on my short stay. The restaurant delivered nicely executed meals and room service was exactly what one would hope for at RC. My issue was room location and "noise-deadening", where I heard everything from the street below (music, cars revving loudly into the night) and the PA system from the bar across the street. From what I've gathered, a garden facing room is the only real way to go at this location.
