The area was nice I did not like you had to pay for breakfast. we were told it would be free, but it was not. We had to get with the Mgr to make it right, and he did

Jimmy was great! Place was clean. Restaurant was great. If we go back Charlotte we will definitely stay here.

Our room was not ready at the 4 pm check-in time and the reception staff were less than helpful in finding an acceptable solution for storing our luggage. They also were unapologetic when they told us that they didn’t know when our room would be ready. Poor customer service
