rooms were clean, staff was friendly, amenities were walking distance. And valet service was excellent.

Great staff, excellent location, loved the breakfast!

Parking is super expensive because they offer valet parking only. We parked in the same building next to the hotel, where the valet parks their cars, and instead of 55 dollars per day I paid 30.

Nice. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a very great experience. The room was clean. One of the elevators broke while I was there but it wasn't a problem because the other 2 worked fine.

The room was nice and spacious. I loved having the desk area. The breakfast was good. The only problem was noise: rapid transit train, railroad train, parking garage. There is a reason why they put earplugs next to the beds.

The staff was very nice! Came by train and allowed us to have luggage set aside before going to room so we could walk around Charlotte freely. Very convenient area and easy walk for concerts.

It was ok, right across from spectrum Center where we went to a show. Room was ok, biggest complaint is every place I have stayed by Marriott has been great. They normally have a very well stocked area to get drinks and snacks with odds and ends you may need. This place had very little to offer. It’s very convenient if you’re going to an event at spectrum Center. Other then that I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Perfect place to stay if you’re attending an event at Spectrum Center as it is across the street from the hotel. The staff welcomed us everyone time we walked in and were super helpful when it came to locating places at eat.
