SpringHill Suites Charlotte City Center

The location to our event was in walking distance. It was very unclear about the valet parking, and it was a bit rushed after a long drive there. It was pretty dirty. Room had hair and on the floors and looked like stains on the ceiling.

breakfast was good The only thing I would say I didn't care for is that I thought with the suite, the beds would be in separate rooms. The suite only added a couch.

The lady that comes around to check the room to make sure it can I forgot her name she was was awesome me and my sister just love how she made sure we had everything we needed Something was going on with the elevator we kept hearing deal tones where the elevator was calling an actual person, and they were the automated system out while riding the elevator thought that was a little weird other than that the stay was wonderful

Room was nice, it was clean. We had a sleeper sofa and would have been nice to have had a better blanket and pillow for it. The parking garage next door is not part of the hotel. The city owns and the cost is $65 per day.

This hotel was wonderful. I was there for a conference at the convention center and it was within walking distance of the convention center and nice restaurants and stores. The staff was helpful and the room was spacious and clean. I will definitely be staying there again whenever I am in town. The valet team was amazing even with a very busy work load.

Modern, clean and close to location of event Terrible staff, so rude. From check in to asking for blankets for the trundle bed… which we NEVER received. Never received two extra twos needed. It was my husband, two children and myself and we had to share two towels. The morning breakfast staff was great! But the front desk staff was rude, miserable and short.

Very nice to be right next to the concert we were going to, Only one elevator was operational during our visit. We were on 11th floor so lots of stairs
