Moxy Charlotte Downtown

Stayed one night, perfect little place with very cool rooms and vibe. Easy check and out with no problems.

Very beautiful hotel my husband and i enjoyed for his birthday the downtown scenery and Dj night and the Gym we will be back

Such a good stay this weekend !! Really enjoyed the atmosphere the chic room and rooftop area. Will definitely recommend for solo traveling and when traveling to the city with friends. Not so much a family stay but I seen children here also.

The biggest issue is that the entrance smells of sewage from the road.

While the room was clean and as photographed, the overall experience was below expected. The street noise level and late night hallway noise in the room was unbearable. After turning off the TV I noticed a flashing. A green light that continued all night long. Apparently it was a hearing assist room? It wasn’t listed that way. For what was to be a relaxing mom night away, it was actually a sleepless and annoying night in a hotel that was less than relaxing.

The only thing I did not like is the fact that it didn’t come with a mini fridge. Other than that I had a blast. I will definitely stay here again because it’s walking distance from a lot of popular restaurants. I also love the fact that it has a lot of cute locations to take pictures.

The day crew was really helpful and nice. The bar at night was the opposite. Staff was rude didn’t even acknowledge when you sat down and when they did you can tell they were bothered. We ordered an order of wings and a side fry that took 45 mins to come out and would’ve been longer bc they forgot we even ordered the food.

I paid $78.44 JUST TO PARK MY CAR!!!! They advertise $55 on website, and I've left 4 messages with manager who will not call me back Too minimal furnishings . It's like they are trying to be a citizen m and completely missed the mark

This was my first time in charlotte! The staff was friendly and efficient. Everything is easily accessible. The rooftop views are amazing! The bar, and food was delicious. I would definitely come back to the Moxy in downtown Charlotte.

It was in a good location and the room was nice I do wish it had a little fridge in the room but other than that it was great

I’m not feedback I have is they should have an ice bucket available in the room.

A certain bartender at the rooftop bar he was very rude and disrespectful I was there with a guest and he was just very rude and disrespectful and tried to also tip himself after I would pay for my drinks.
