The staff was very friendly and the location was great, but it was so dirty.

This was a very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Only valet parking arrangements were available. Upon arriving, there is very little space to unload and check in. Other than that , a nice place to stay.

Also I valet parked and requested for the car at around 9.49 am and was 3rd to get the car. I didn’t get my car till 10.24 am they were not able to find the keys. Terrible service. I will never stay with them again. I would like all my money back honestly. Also the total was $224 they charged $300. When asked they said that it’s with $75 for incidents and I should see credit for the extra amount they charged. This is so absurd. I am very disappointed.

The hotel room was very comfortable with excellent amenities. The front desk staff was very helpful during check in and leaving the property. The bar area was a scene in the evening as the bartender was playing very loud music and there were a number of people playing cornhole in a very tight space that you had to walk by to get to the elevators. The downtown area can be a challenge at night, but it was convenient to my event. The diner across the street had good food and stays open 24 hours.

It was best hotel I've stayed at in a long time.

Excellent location while staying in downtown Charlotte. I was attending a concert at the Spectrum center and it was within walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay even though it was for one night. It was safe and valet parking was easy.

great location with a 24 hour diner across the street. Easy 10-15 minuite ride from the airport and within walking distance of all downtown sports arenas

I attended a concert at the Spectrum Center and this hotel was perfect. We were able to walk to the venue and back and not worry about parking. Also, all of the staff from the valet workers to the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms could stand for a modern refresh but they are still in good condition. Definitely recommend if you are coming to town for an event at the Spectrum Center.

The restaurant was not at all like what was pictured and the bar was not stocked.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! My daughter and friend went to a concert next door at the Spectrum center so my husband and I had a lot of time at the hotel. The staff was 💯 fantastic!

We loved our stay, just thought the cost of valet was a little high. Also, our rental car company gave us an electric car, which was frustrating in other ways, but if the parking garage had a charger it would have been really helpful.

Room was clean and beds were comfy!! Only stayed one night for a concert at Spectrum Center, location was fantastic! Staff were all very welcoming!

The hotel was nice. Be ready for $60 a day to park there. Dont pull all the way up to valet if you're handicapped. You will have to get out on a incline, very dangerous.

I have stayed here several times for concerts. Always a great experience. Great staff, breakfast and location. The parking price does leave a little to be desired.

Great room and location uptown. It was perfect to get a scooter and head to the stadium for a concert. AC downstairs was broken when we stayed, but they were actively trying to fix it and we just went to a different bar instead of the downstairs bar.

The staff was excellent and the breakfast couldn’t have been better!!

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected my experience. The rooftop area was not very impressive and did not live up to expectations. Noise was also a problem, as I could hear a lot of traffic and cars passing by throughout the night. In addition, the air conditioning unit had a fan that made a noticeable noise, which made it harder to relax and sleep. Overall, the hotel has good staff and a convenient location, but traffic noise, underwhelming rooftop, and noisy air conditioning kept the experience from being better.
