The staff were professional. Our room was clean and the amenities were excellent.

more options for breakfast

The complimentary breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and exploring Uptown. We also really appreciated the late checkout, which let us enjoy our morning without feeling rushed. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the lobby wasn’t working, so it was a little warm when coming and going. Other than that, our stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.

The air wasnt working. It was so hot we had to leave and go home. I checked out at midnight.

The room is clean beautiful

Didn’t get checked in until after 7. No AC in the lobby. The bar was slow
-
Breakfast was good, had the standard eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat (bacon or sausage), etc. however, it felt like they were overwhelmed with the number of people who stayed at the hotel. It seemed they couldn’t keep up with resupplying the food at the breakfast bar quickly. The lobby also lacked AC, which affected a lot of people not wanting to hangout downstairs in the evening hours. If they want to make more money, especially during the World Cup events, it could have been better. I had no issues with the hotel other that that.
-
The outside pool didn't get much sun and wasn't tempered so even at 95° weather the water was freezing so a little disappointed. The staff was amazing and helpful very clean. Breakfast was inconsistent with quality.

Darius at the front desk was awesome! Super friendly! There was one person operating the valet parking that was rude.

Overall our stay was good. However I have a charge for $102 and the only thing that should have been charged was the required Valet parking fee of $47 and 2 bottles of water. I didn’t receive any type of receipt showing the charges. I was told I would receive an emailed receipt.

Everything was great…Staff were super nice. The only problem was that the bar/lobby area had a broken cooling system so it was unbearable to hang out in a lounge that I paid for.
-
The downstairs was hot when we were there, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. It was clean. The bar area was excellent. Plenty of seating for the bar/breakfast. The pool looked great. I didn’t use it. However, I used the gym. Very well maintained. The rooms were awesome. The fridge, kitchenette and the couch, made the room feel homey. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. It was just me and my husband with another couple. I didn’t see any kids at this hotel.

Bar wasn’t open long, pool was the size of a kiddie pool, it was EXTREMELY hot in the lobby, we’re told it was a 75$ security hold that actually turned out to be $175. Valet parking is charged by the day and not a flat fee to stay. That was not disclosed. All in all will not be coming back to this location.

Bacon under cooked Attention to details

Location was perfect for attending a event at the Specturm center. The breakfast was really nice and tasted great. The A/C in the lobby was out completely. They had fans every where. The room itself was hot. We both woke up sweating in the middle of the night. We set the unit to 65 and it was not cooling off.
