AC Hotels by Marriott Charlotte City Center

The staff was consistently warm, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the self-serve refreshment area with pre-packaged ice and other essentials, which made things simple after long days out. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the view from my room. It offered a beautiful perspective of the city and made it even easier to unwind. The room itself was comfortable, clean, modern, and exactly what I needed while attending a wedding in Charlotte. I only wish I could have stayed longer. From the attentive service to the comfortable accommodations and convenient location, every part of my experience reflected thoughtful hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and would confidently recommend AC Hotel Charlotte City Center to friends, family, and business travelers looking for a welcoming and well-appointed place to stay in the heart of the city.

Room was clean and all staff were helpful

Pay for valet because self parking isn't ideal BUT overall a great stay!!

This was our honeymoon stay. The staff was very friendly they even sent us some treats as a congratulations!

Clean, I liked that it was next to the stadium Paying parking when you pay $300+ for a night’s stay is outrageous . Also, the fact that you only cover breakfast for two guests per room was not made clear

Staff was nice, bartender was great. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is prime for walking to the Spectrum Center. Will stay again!

Clean rooms, staff is wonderful. We travel to Charlotte about 4 times a year and have use this hotel many times.

we had to wait for over 45 mins for a room to be ready, they were still mopping when we went upstairs and the floor was slippery! our feet turned black from walking on the floor after it dried! we had a pull out sofa and did not even have a sufficient bedding to make the bed! they need to do better for the price that i paid

Close to desired location, valet parking, and the friendliest staff. Tysha at the breakfast bar is THE BEST

Everything was fine, one issue when we checked in the computer gave us a room that was already occupied and kinda scared me when I opened door and people were in there.

The staff was very nice and the hotel is well maintained.
