Terrible parking and confusing layout.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was very hard for me. And there was only a beverage refrigerator (though it was nice) and ice was in bags I The hall. I was expecting more of a higher level experience.

The elevators were extremely slow. The hotel overall was nice and clean the beds were amazing. The air was broke in our room but Antoine made sure to move us and he was very attentive to our needs.

Very nice rooms, parking situation is a little confusing. The gym was stocked and clean. Everything else was great.

RootTop top tier! The food was good. It's elevated bar food. It's in walking distance to alot of restaurant and places to visit. Great location. This is my 2nd visit and I will be booking here more in tge future. The only thing I didn't like it too forever when getting ready to leave the elevators were taking forever! But to be expected on a Sunday a checkout

This was a beautiful hotel right in the center of downtown Charlotte and walking distance to many fine restaurants. The rooftop restaurant and bar was a real plus!!

For the price we paid, a microwave should have been available in room. Very clean

It was a great location We didn’t have any where to keep our drinks cold and as much money you pay for the room you shouldn’t have to pay $34 a night for parking
