Great place to stay in charlotte. Walking distance to everything and across the street from the spectrum center. Staff very nice and room was spacious and clean.

Lovely stay! Right across the street from the Spectrum Center for our concert! Room was very clean, front desk attendants were lovely - the super long line for the elevator after the show was intimidating, but moved much quicker than we expected! I will stay here again :)

Great location - in walking distance to Epicentre, Spectrum Center, Truist Field as well as restaurants and bars. Rooms were very nice and clean. Did not like the line to get back inside the hotel after the show we saw at the Spectrum center.

Good internet. We did not dine in.

Love the rooftop

Love the location with so many things in walking distance Strange set up with so many other hotels and things that made it a little confusing getting around the building, checking in, and getting to the room. But wasn’t too bad!

Hallway on 9th floor to our room at 3:00pm was filthy. Carpet looked like had not been vacuumed. 2:00am dog next door would not stop barking. Staff would not answer phone. Breakfast is extremely overpriced for what you get. Have been in much nicer Mariotts and had free Breakfast that was much nicer.

The elevators are ridiculous. Every time we used them it was an eternal wait. The ground floor/can’t get in without a card situation is not good when you are arriving and don’t have your card yet and when you’re leaving and you’ve given your card back or it’s been disabled. You may say why would you have to get back in but if you were waiting for valet like we were, you’d understand. Valet was slow.

Definitely will stay here again.

Smell of bleach in room as well as what looked like black mold in shower

The staff was very welcoming and friendly! The hotel was nice clean and spacious.

We had a great stay. We were directly across the street from the Spectrum Center,which was our destination. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean. The downsides were you have to pay to park and no continental breakfast. They do however have a rooftop bar/restaurant which had an amazing view of the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel asked me and my wife to wait for 1.5 hrs for a system audit to complete since they could not check us in until it was complete. Who does that to a customer at 1:30am in the morning? Yes, they did.
