Loved the location and safety. Very helpful staff and prompt accommodations. Our air conditioner was not working when we arrived that night and the hotel offered to move us to an upgraded room. We had arrived late at night and already unpacked and were tired so we declined. They had someone out the next afternoon to fix it. The stay was nice and the hotel is prompt to help.

I guess it's my mistake for not looking at the photo clearly but when a listing says it has a kitchen I expect a cooktop to be there as well.

I stayed at this hotel while going to a concert. The hotel room was clean, had everything we needed and was nice for the price. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The location is excellent! Very close to the arena and great restaurants.

I never received my deposit back from this hotel. Everytime i call they keep saying 3-10 business days but it’s been more than that.

Loved the studio, very clean spacious room. Great free breakfast. Very friendly staff. Only thing missing was a nice pool to cool off in. It’s hot in Charlotte:)
