IT WAS A NICE QUIET STAY SHIRT AND SWEET

Chose this for the Bruno Mars concert in April. I liked the full kitchen as I prefer to cook my own food. Free breakfast was good and appreciated. The area felt safe to me as a solo traveller. It was walkable to many places. I got my steps in. The Southern hospitality was evident. Thanks for accepting my many Amazon packages. I would stay here again.

We love it here! How can you beat the location to the the Spectrum center when you go to a concert. Spacious rooms and very clean. Don’t miss the Rooftop bar and restaurant stunning city views!!

We were there for a concert at the spectrum center which was right across the street. We walked from the hotel and found numerous restaurants to choose from. Great rooftop bar and lounge as well.

Super-convenient to the Spectrum Center (our reason for going to Charlotte for a show). Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very courteous. You have the option to self-park or use their valet service. Bother are expensive but comparable to public garages nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel room

Toilet wouldn’t always flush. Water kept running. Bed had hair in it. Room smelled like mildew. For the price paid, I thought it could be better. It was across the street from the concert so that was a plus. Also check in girl was so nice.

Everything was great except parking, it’s not clear that if you don’t get the ticket validated immediately before exiting you WILL pay for parking which is not nice since you pay with your room either way. Other than that highly recommend

My stay was great

The room was clean and well appointed! It was easy to park in the parking garage and navigating the building was a breeze. We loved our 21st floor corner room and wished we were staying more than 1 night!

Desk staff was very helpful. Did all they could to assist us with our parking concerns with the incompetent valet staff. Valet staff did not provide accurate information for both where the front desk was and giving directions for the P3 & P4 garages. Family ended up at ALOFT hotel elevators and was told they would have to re-load car and drive to the correct parking area. I heard other guests complaining about same issues. This is a very bad look. Ended up speaking with the Valet Mgr once I checked out.

So clean and nice! Nothing - it was excellent!

It took a bit to figure out how to enter the property and where the front desk is. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevators did struggle to manage the flood of crowds after the event ended at the arena, but that’s no surprise given the volume of people lining up at once.
